Very smooth experience. Our driver was at the arrivals gate with a clearly visible sign with our names on it. The vehicle was nice and he provided water bottles as well. Made the transition from the airport to the cruise terminal an easy experience!

Booked a private car, company sent me an Uber instead. I could have done that on my own and would have been cheaper. Although the driver was a good person but he had no control over the situation.

This was a very easy way to get from the airport to the port. I am a female traveling alone felt very safe. There was unexpected traffic and the driver was excellent still got me there with 20 mins to spare.

Don't book a pick up with Viator. I arranged a pick up in Athens, but when customs took too long to get through they left us. I was in constant contact about the delay but was in a line of maybe 600 that wasn't moving. Had to find our own transportation after the delay and Viator has not refunded 130 Euro! BTW, taxi only charged 65! Very unhappy!

However, according to our policy, we do allow a 1-hour waiting window after the scheduled pick-up time. In this case, the driver actually waited 2 hours, as we always aim to be flexible and accommodating when there are unexpected delays.
We do our best to ensure that every guest is picked up on time, but unfortunately, after a significant delay with no communication or arrival, the driver had no choice but to proceed with other scheduled appointments.
