- Transfers are only available to Central Athens hotels and are not available from Airport or surrounding hotels
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each passenger is allowed one suitcase within the dimensions of 75x28x51 cm (30x11x20 inches) weighing no more than 23 kilograms (50 pounds). In addition to your checked luggage, you may also bring one carry-on bag. Please note that oversized or special items such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may have different regulations. We recommend checking in advance for a seamless travel experience. Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth and hassle-free transportation experience. Thank you for your understanding!

Our driver used an app to avoid a major traffic jam .. getting us to our hotel as quickly as possible navigating Athena traffic. Good experience. Our driver arrived early and patiently waited as we disembarked our cruise ship in the port of Piraeus, Greece. Our trip on to Athens was perfect and our driver stopped a few times to give us an opportunity to take afrw pictures of scenery items that he suggested

George was a fabulous driver! He took our luggage immediately upon arrival at the cruise terminal, situated us in his car quickly, then offered candy and water! He drove safely to our hotel and unloaded our luggage and transferred it inside the lobby for us! Very friendly and efficient!! Highly recommend George!

Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He met us at baggage claim and helped carry all of our luggage to the car which was waiting not far from baggage claim. He asked him about some of the sites in Athens and he gave us good directions and pointers for visiting the sites. One can't ask for anything more.

we did not take this transfer because it was not possible to walk with luggage to the pick up point ; we were told it was a 9 minute walk but it would have been a 25 minute walk and we had 4 people with 8 pieces of luggage; the agent was incorrect in scheduling this transfer; please credit my master card thank you

Waited for driver who never came😬
He didn’t call to say he was unable to come. Waited 30 minutes. Had to call company. Lady on phone handled it the best she could. Problem not with company but flaky driver. Using app again today from downtown Athens to Airport. Changed pickup time and driver text to confirm!!! Really like every other time I used this company. Will continue to use but will text to confirm pickup or call company😊

The transfer to the hotel was great. Driver was there with a sign and he carried the luggage to the car. The driver was courteous and he provided some useful Athens information on the way to the hotel.

I booked this and also paid extra to get from the ship port to the airport. They sent a taxi instead of a private car. We had 4 suitcases, the driver complained they were too heavy, refused to put a suitcase in the front seat or have us hold our carry-ins in the back. We had a flight to catch. The driver then continued to be dramatic and called his office…after 15min of standing there I grabbed another cab that was at the line up.
My daughter and I rode in separate cars to the airport (45min ride). It was unnecessary and the kicker-the cab was cheaper and told me he could have fit all 4 suitcases and both my daughter and I. I will NEVER use this booking service again.

We understand your frustration, but you are directing your anger to the wrong direction.
- You were two persons and had 4 suitcases & 2 carry-ons.
It is clearly stated on the booking terms that “Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable”.
We could have made the appropriate arrangements [as we have done many times with other guests that informed us about the excess luggage] if we were informed during our communication.
- As for the “taxi”; this is by law one of the type of vehicles that can transport up to 4 people. The “next” available is a limo or a minivan which are different products as the costs are different. By private car, we mean that you will not be sharing the car.
Additionally, we have pictures of our vehicles at the product, where a “taxi” is clearly seen.
I would also like to bring your attention to our “drivers” and our “taxis”, in compare to the ones, one will pick up from the road:
Avoid waiting in queue.
Clean a/c, non-smoking taxis.
English speaking PROFESSIONAL drivers.
You will SAFELY be taken you to your destination, without going into circles or someone trying to “get more money” from you.
I am sorry that your experience with us was not what you expected, but I would blame the lack of information we had.
