We’ve been trying to contact the Tour operator since yesterday afternoon 2 PM onwards to request the meeting place and the meeting time and right now it is 12 PM of the day of our tour it was supposed to start at 10 AM and we still have not heard back from the Tour operator, we contacted viator multiple times through email and phone calls and they also have been trying to contact the Tour operator and still in rain. We haven’t been able to go on the tour yet or hear back from anybody in fact, we flew from Croatia especially to Ethans for the tour. which was booked two months in advance and confirmed fully paid. Today is Easter holiday which we should have been told two months ago because it’s a planned public holiday. We feel like been cheated by operator and Viator.

Not a tour but a driving service.

The tour was NOT a tour, only a driver. From the tour description the driver had DEEP KNOWLEDGE and amybe so but it wasn't communicated to my group. It also said we would have access to SKIP THE LINE TICKETS but the driver dropped us off and when we got to the ticket office there were NO tickets available. We had to purchase high priced scalped tickets even to enter the Acropolis. We spend so much time there we had to completely change the itinerary and we missed many of the stops we were supposed to make. On a good note the driver was friendly and tried to accomodate us the best he could.

Thank you for your review. Yes you booked only the driver and not the guide and the skip the line tickets its extra charge and you need to book it yourself online or to contact us before the tour in order to book it for you.
