Itinerary
After pickup from your central Athens hotel, settle inside your air-conditioned coach. Then, journey west along the Iera Odos (Sacred Way), an ancient route once followed by processions marking the Eleusinian Mysteries, an annual rite staged in the town of Eleusis.
Follow the coastal road to the Corinth Canal, the man-made waterway connecting the Ionian Sea to the Aegean Sea. Take photos at the steep-walled canal, learning how it was built in the 1890s to provide shorter passage between the two seas.
Then, travel to ancient Corinth, where it’s believed St. Paul lived for two years. Stroll around the well-preserved ruins of this age-old city-state, seeing 1st-century shops, the agora where Paul was tried, the Fountain of Pereine, and the Temple of Apollo, set in the highest part of the city.
Afterward, return to Athens, ending your tour with a central hotel drop-off.

Tour guide was funny. I was surprised that the "luxury coach" means a Mercedes sprinter coach with leader seats and USB charger on the side.

The trip could be amazing but the time at corinth was too short and also Nafplio. Less time at the temple of Apollo would have given a little more time at the others. The tour guide was very thorough and kind.

Irene K. Is an amazing guide she was non stop with information not only about the tour but the whole country! She loves her job :) we enjoyed the entire day! She even bought a soda at a shop so an elderly couple could use the restroom.

Accepted a booking to be picked up at President Hotel at 8:30. This was printed on the voucher. At 9:00 I rang explaining that we have been waiting since 8:15, and was told that they had changed the meeting place and we were supposed to go to their office to he picked up. As a result we missed out on the trip. No refund offered. Do not book with this company

Well done. Just the right amount of time at all the sites. Our tour guide was well spoken and informative.

mosaics and ruins interesting, not spectacular. Corinth Canal disappointing. Average guide and bus seats tight if you are above average height.

Daphni Monastery was the first stop. The marble painting with the golden finish inside the church were amazing. The design and finish of the monastery was unique and impressive. Corinth canal was the next stop where had the stunning view of the narrow canal in close quarters. Witness a bungy jump and were awe struck! Ancient Corinth was the last stop and to know a lot of treasure is still buried there to be excavated thrilled us! The tour guide was knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. Our appreciations to him and the driver who gave us a smooth ride

Excellent tour guide. Wonderful review of the ruins/history of Greece. The visit to the museum and monastery was enlightening and informative.

A half-day tour with no hassle on pick up and drop off. Good enough time to explore and understand 3 sites: the Corinth Canal, Ancient Corinth City and the Daphni Monastery.

Having seen the criticism of some Key Tours that participants were hurried by the guide, I was delighted that on this trip we were given adequate time for a participant with a walking frame to come round Corinth at her pace. The half day trip was, in the event, from 8.30 am having been picked up earlier till 3.30 pm. We saw what we came for and enjoyed the guide's replies to our questions. He did not push a Christian perspective, but there were enough believers on the trip to give the event a thoroughly Christian feel.

Good tour for half a day. Tour guide Katia, very nice with lots of information and knowledge to share! : I think tour should be a bit cheaper though.
Myrna_M, Apr 2017
This tour was amazing and very informative. Our guide Katia was well informed and fantastic n helpful. The tour was actually around 6 hours. We visited the monastery first than Corinth canal and ancient Corinth with a half hour break in between. Highly recommend this tour especially if you are a keen bible student. Tour of Corinth complements the bible book of Acts esp chaps 17 and 18...

Great 6 hour roundtrip to Daphni Monastery and also Ancient Corinth. Very informative and lots of history packed in to it. Stop at Corinth canal was brief and restrooms were needed but gross in basement of cafe/tourist trap/gold mine.

We had an amazing time on this trip! Small, intimate group meant we got the most from our fantastic local guide. Great way to see a bit more of Greece, would highly recommend.
