Some confusion on the pier. Cspt was very nice with the others. Nice safe ride. Great views. They even had a jazz band to listen with booze for sale.

When we arrived at the place we were told on the booking form we were advised that the covered canal cruise wasn't running but we were accepted on the open canal boat instead which was enjoyable. The skipper was lovely and told us some interesting information about Amsterdam and pointed out some important landmarks.
If that boat had been full I am not sure what would have happened. Also I would like to know why we were able to book on the tour if it wasn't running!

We booked cruise on 28th of April which is next day of Kings day. My group and I waited 45min on the location given to us but boat and staff didn’t turned up.
