Great day out. Fabulous venues!

It was a great day! Fabulous wine tasting at Montepulciano in underground city, nice lunch with a beautiful view and good tasting in Montalcino. Got some sightseeing in too which was great! Driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. However I sat in the front of the van on the way back and am glad I made it back alive! The driver seemed to be at least 30km over the speed limit most of the way, all over the road - made me very anxious.

Great exploration!

Sam was a wonderful driver/host as he took us through Montelpuciano and Montalcino. Our stop included a wine tasting and lunch in Montalcino, which we loved every minute of. Fun experience well worth it

We were staying in Montalcino and drove the short distance to this winery. The tour was informative and fun. The host/guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The grounds are beautiful with wonderful views. We had a fantastic weather day for this too. The wines were good. Brunello is one of my favorite wines ever since we visited Montalcino on a day trip 4 years ago. The food was good and we enjoyed talking with the other people on the tour. Highly recommend this experience.

Loved this experience!

We loved this experience and the castle was beautiful! They gave us a tour with lots of history and information. The tour included the outside and some inside of the castle, as well as a tour of where and how they made the wine. Then we went to nicely set tables where they gave us a 3 course lunch and we tasted 4 different wines. It was amazing and even the food was good! We enjoyed and hope to visit again!

Mattia was great! He was very funny and clearly knowledgeable about the wine making process as he used to do it himself. The delicious lunch and tasting we had (1 of 3 great tasting experiences on the tour) made this trip worth it in and of itself. I highly recommend this experience! Please note that all the sites we went to offered the chance to purchase the wines that you taste and other goods they make including olive oil, honey, etc.
