What a wonderful way to experience Athens! We had such a lovely time on our walking food tour with Maria. Not only did we get to enjoy some absolutely delicious food, but we also learned so much about the city, its culture, and its history along the way. Maria was a fantastic guide and made the experience feel fun, welcoming, and personal. We loved getting to try local favorites and learning what to order, how to order, and how to eat like the locals. It was a great mix of food, culture, and exploring the city. This tour gave us a much better appreciation for Athens and its food scene, and we walked away with plenty of recommendations for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Athens! Come hungry! 😊

Lovely view, but a long drive.

The excursion was run nicely. The pick up at our hotel was on time. If you are booking from Athens, be prepared for a one hour ride to and from the Poseidon Temple. It costs an additional $20 to enter the temple, and the climb is minimal. There is also a nice eating area and bathrooms at the base (bring toilet paper). We did not stop to swim at the water area, possibly because of the cooler temp. We were only able to take pictures from above. It was nice being away from the crowds of the city and the sunset was lovely, but it was a long way to travel for ruins much smaller than the Acropolis. Traffic makes the ride back to Athens a bit longer.

A Must Tour of the Acropolis

Great tour. Many stops at all the buildings on the way up to the top and the Parthenon with history and info on each. Great panorama views! The museum was excellent and tied all the statues, sculpted facades and relics to each building we had seen on the tour up. This tour is a must and our guide excellent Afroditi Gianni.

Ozzy was one of the best driver/guides we have ever had. Punctual and friendly he kept us ahead of the big tour groups while also getting us to all of our must see sites. His historical fact and story narration had us learning so much. We appreciated his tips, insights, friendly way and perfect itinerary timing. We got great pics and time for some shopping as well. Great tour and great information passed along. I had seen the Acropolis by myself previously, but my bride had not and opted for a guided tour. The tour was perfect for what we wanted. It wasn't super deep into history, but got great insight into what the Acropolis has to offer. Tour was professional and efficient. Well worth the money, and I'd do it again!

Great Tour of the Amazing Acropolis!

We absolutely loved our tour. Our tour guide Vicki (not sure of spelling) was delightful. Learned so much about the history of the Acropolis. Visit to museum turned out to be just my husband and I so we got a very special private tour. 10/10. Highly recommend getting there early. Less crowds. Ours was at 8am and it was perfect.

Something different

Was apprehensive. 14hr trip on a coach isnt what we had planned. 2hr coach ride for breakfast by the beach. Great view. Further coach journey to the foot of the monastery trail. Very informative. Moved along for a fabulous lunch which we included in our ticket price. Lots of choice and typically Greek. Now what I coild not see at all on tje viator website was that you need to bring cash! You cannot enter the 3 monasteries without cash, €5 pp entry. Also wasnt told you need to pay to use restrooms at all stops except food breaks. These you need €1 per visit pp. So with the exception of this small blip we had a pretty good time. The views are absolutely out of this world and Katherina was full of knowledge. Massive pat on the back for the driver aswell

Fun day trip from Athens on luxury yacht with friendly staff!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The yacht, Omega, is modern, spacious, and clean. The whole crew was friendly and fun. The bartender kept the wine and beer flowing. The light breakfast was okay, but the Greek lunch buffet was amazing! Everything was so delicious! Bring/wear swimwear and bring a towel. Also bring a jacket as cruising could be windy and slightly chilly. Overall it was a nice day trip from Athens!
