First Pasta making class with my husband… it was an amazing experience!! Chef Andrea was truly an incredible teacher and made the class so worthwhile. We had a ton of fun, learned how to make authentic Italian Pasta, and had plenty of good wine. Cannot recommend this highly enough. If you have a couple of hours in Florence this is the best way to spend it!!

I had such a wonderful experience in this class with Arturo! We made ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle from scratch, and the whole process was fun, hands-on, and easy to follow. Arturo is not only a skilled chef but also a fantastic teacher. He was patient, clear, and has a great sense of humour that made the class even more enjoyable. I left feeling confident I could recreate the recipes at home, and with a new appreciation for fresh pasta. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting! it was a real highlight!

Learning how to cook pasta the fun way!

Gregory_B, Apr 2026
What an awesome experience! Truly one of the best parts of our Italian vacation! Chef Antonio spoke perfect English, he was extremely patient, helpful to everyone in the class and a great teacher with a good sense of humor - if there is a way to request a class with him, make it happen! We learned a tremendous amount about how to make pasta - 3 types - in such a short period of time. Eating the groups food and drinking wine was a blast thanks to chef Antonio! Love it!

We learnt a lot about pasta and sauces from different regions and it tasted great. Only downside was the large group, so there was little space and the room got very warm

Cincy in Florence

Wade_M, Apr 2026
This was an excellent experience the walk there was amazing as well right next to the Arno river. We made two types of pasta. One was a ravioli, and the other was a wide pasta or the Bolognese had several types of wine you could drink as much as you want. Everyone was social and interacting. The only thing I don’t recommend is wearing black as there’s a lot of flour, be careful as well. The floor can get very slippery, but it was a lot of fun. I would consider I don’t miss opportunity.

Easily 5 stars

It was a great way to spend a few hours and the end result was delicious.
