There are not enough words for the hospitality and experience we had in the cooking class we took today. Camilla was the best host and a great teacher. The view and home were beautiful, the food was great and the recipes were simple. The wine and olive oil were also SO good! Cannot wait to make our own pasta and focaccia when we get home.

We had a fantastic cooking class with Fabrizio as our instructor! We were honored to be welcomed to his family home, and the class was held outside with sprawling views of the Tuscan countryside. The class was perfectly timed, with ample time for hands-on cooking as well as breaks to enjoy the views with snacks and wine. The pasta making was particularly fun, and we got great tips and tricks that made us feel prepared to take the new knowledge back home. We also got a cookbook sent at the end with all of the recipes. We could tell how much Fabrizio and his family love what they do, and it felt like a real authentic experience with Italian cooking. Would highly recommend!
Camilla and her family were very welcoming. She was an excellent cooking instructor. She took us through the steps one at a time in a way that we could understand and accomplish. She had a great sense of humor and looked like she enjoyed her job. There were 12 in our group with people from many US states. We all had plenty of food with more to spare. We made 2 pasta dishes, 2 kinds of bread and dessert. Their own wines and Olive Oil brought a great taste to the meal. The road was a bit difficult to get to the farm because of a very bumpy hill. Great experience. Highly recommend
Intimate class and a beautiful setting. Camilla is a wonderful and fun teacher! The class instruction, food and wine was great. This class is worth the drive.
Great location with great views and a great cooking instructor! The homemade food, olive oil and the wine were amazing! I would highly recommend this cooking class!
This is a wonderful cooking class in a beautiful location. It was very informative and so fun! We got a book of recipes that I can’t wait to try at home.
We did 6 different dishes, with the teacher having us to some of the work and she doing other of the work so the class moved along. The instructions were clear and the food was great. And, to top it off, the teacher and her entirely family went above and beyond to help us when our car got stuck going up a steep gravel road after we left.
We had such a fun experience while on vacation in the Tuscany region. It was way more than I expected.
GO HERE!!! Camilla is absolutely wonderful! Only 30 minutes outside of Florence! The views are spectacular, the food is delicious, and the host family is soooo kind and friendly! The experience felt so authentic. They get all their food and produce locally, not at supermarkets. We had so much fun and the biggest the class can be is 12 people, so It felt intimate and special! You cook and eat outside on their farm overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany - you can’t beat this unique experience! They have other excursions like truffle hunting with Camilla’s son and one of their dogs! I would go back every day if I could!!! The family let the group stay well past the time It said online, just to let us enjoy the company, food and farm. I will absolutely join this wonderful family again on my next trip to Italy!
It was a wonderful experience! A highlight of our trip. Couldn’t say enough about the hosts and the food.
We went on our honeymoon and this was one of the best things we did! He was very nice, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend anyone in the area taking this class! Their farm was also beautiful!
Camilla has a beautiful farmhouse that looks over a carpet of Olive trees and grape vines. We made pasta, bread and more! Sat outside and had wine and had more food than you could imagine! There was one other couple so it was a very intimate setting. We loved it! She is a fabulous person. A highlight of our stay! Thanks Camilla!❤️
Camille is a very warm and encouraging cooking teacher and host. The farm wasalso very nice. was an unforgettable experience.
We had an amazing time cooking at the beautiful Tuscan farm. Camilla and her family were so welcoming and by the end of our experience, we all felt like family. I highly recommend this class!
We had an amazing experience taking a cooking class in Tuscany. The setting was beautiful, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. We made delicious traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients, and the hands-on experience made it both fun and easy to follow. Camille and her husband were the best hosts.
We had an amazing time at Camilla’s family farm cooking class. She was super friendly and very patient with all of our children. We made two different kinds of bread and pastas that were super fresh and delicious and topped it off with her family red wine. It was such a wonderful day and a memory we’ll cherish. Thank you!

Wow! What an experience! We had such a wonderful time. Our host was wonderful. We enjoyed the view, cooking, wine and new friends we met. Best of all was eating what we made!
We found Camilla to be warm welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She taught us great recipes and techniques to take home with us. Her wine and olive oil were delicious. Wonderful experience!
First off, I should say I never write reviews. Like Never. I still get crap from my kids about not leaving a review for our driver Luca who took us to Positano back in 2019. But we just left this amazing day with Camilla and her daughter Chiara and I couldn’t wait to write this. There were 10 of my family members ranging in age from 21 to 79 plus a cute couple from Australia in our group cooking class and everything was absolutely perfect. Camilla invited us into her lovely farm and was a patient, authentic and knowledgable teacher and made us feel totally at home. Oil olive and wines were farm to table and across the board excellent. She was bombarded with questions from my generally extremely inquisitive family and was very well prepared and coordinated with no lapses of time in between the different things we were learning to cook. It was so special to share a piece of an italian vineyard life and it was a day my family will cherish and remember forever. We have already decided we are going back for the truffle hunting experience next year! Grazie Mille Camilla!
Cami was delightful! We totally enjoyed our experience. If your driving just be aware that the drive is a little bumpy.
Camilla was the perfect guest and we had so much great authentic Italian food! Making pasta was so fun. The scenery is very picturesque and perfect. Good wine paired with each course! Fantastic and better than I ever anticipated.
We were traveling in a passenger van which made driving to the location a little treacherous. It was way up a dirt road with many potholes. Don't bring your low sports car! While overall we did enjoy our experience both the cooking and food it wasn't exactly what I thought we were getting especially for the price. The pictures are quite deceiving online making it look like a well-cared for, comfortable patio but it was very rough around the edges. The areas around the sort of paved patio were messy, full of weeds, old stuff here and there. Just a stark difference from the pictures. Part of our cooking was inside the kitchen, and it also wasn't neat or clean. Full of dirty dishes, next to fresh foods, next to bug spray, etc. That being said, the owner and cook was very nice and a good instructor. His wines were lovely, and we purchased quite a few to take with us. Plus, I appreciated him sending the recipes via email for us to make upon our return.
Camilla was a fantastic teacher and a gracious host for our group. She made cooking really fun for my wife and I, and I don’t typically like to cook. The food that came out was fantastic.
Camilla is so lovely, the good very tastefull and the view is incredible! We had a perfect day and are loking forward to make pasta at home
Fabrize and his son were amazing hosts and teachers. The food was amazing, the view was incredible, and their home grown wine and olive oil were a treat! Don’t skip this experience!
Great cooking class very informative and a wonderful host. Enjoyed the conversation about the farm and all the wonderful products produced there.
Camilla was a fantastic and gracious host and teacher. We felt so welcome at her family farm and in her outdoor kitchen. We visited with our family of four (including 2 kids, ages 8 and 11) and this was the perfect way to spend several hours. We all enjoyed making breads and pastas, trying the family’s wine and oils, and just relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous vistas. The view is breathtaking and the company was superb. Highly recommend this unique experience.
What a wonderful experience learning how to make homemade pasta and focaccia! Camila made us feel very comfortable and made the class fun! The setting where we enjoyed our meal was stunning, overlooking the vineyard and rolling hills. This was one of the most special and memorable experiences of all our time in Italy. Thank you Camila and family!
This was a great class. She made everyone feel welcomed and was patient. Beautiful place in country
