We had a wonderful experience during our Fettuccine and Tiramisu cooking class in Florence! The chef was truly amazing — full of passion, skill, and culinary experience. We learned so much and had so much fun making our own pasta and dessert from scratch! A special thanks to Widad, the owner of Rayan Travel Agency, who welcomed us with such kindness and warmth. Her hospitality made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cooking in a friendly and professional atmosphere!

My honest opinion is This experience was priced too high for what you got. We did not expect it to be in someone’s living room, the photo displayed looks like a professional kitchen & taught by a restaurant chef. After the initial surprise, All things considered our host was lovely, she offered us a full bottle of wine, she taught us about florence, recommend other experiences we could get a deal with by using her name. She made the experience enjoyable and we now feel prepared to make pasta & Tiramisu on our own! She was the best part, I think the company she works with just falsely advertised the experience. If your looking for something more personable this is an option for you. If your looking a more “instagram” style you may be slightly disappointed. I found get your guide to be more truthful with their advertisement & reasonably priced

Rayan was amazing! The tiramisu we made was better than any restaurant. Rayan is so personable, directions are easy to follow, and she is very hands on but still lets you do it on you own. We received recommendations on where to eat, places to see, and the best gelato spots. Would highly recommend to anyone!

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and truly authentic. The chef was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also so passionate about Tuscan cuisine — and he made sure everyone felt involved and at ease, no matter their cooking level. We prepared a delicious full meal from scratch using fresh, local ingredients — including handmade pasta, a traditional sauce, and a mouthwatering dessert. The best part? Sitting down together at the end to enjoy the food we made, paired with great local wine and even better conversation. I left with new skills, new friends, and unforgettable memories.
