I drive every transfer myself. I have held a Moroccan national guide licence since 2007 and I live in Bhalil, just outside Fes, so the person meeting you at arrivals is the person who answered your messages and knows the city, rather than whichever driver a dispatcher had free that morning. The vehicles are strictly private, comfortable for four to 8 travellers with their luggage, air conditioned and cleaned before every job. What I do that others do not is finish the journey properly. Most riads in the Fes medina sit down lanes no car can enter, which is where an arriving traveller is usually left with their suitcases and a wave in roughly the right direction. I park at the nearest gate, carry your luggage, walk you to the door and hand you over to the riad staff. I also follow your flight, therefore a late landing costs you nothing in waiting time.

Cool experience with a fun guide!

My husband Bryan felt strongly that we couldn't go to Marrakech without making a trip to the Sahara Desert, and I'm glad we found this trip and lucked into having Mohammed as our guide (and "Mohammed 2" as our driver). He's an upbeat guy who grew up in the Sahara and speaks a bunch of languages not because of school, but "the school of life, which is the best school." Riding camels into camp at sunset (and out of camp at sunrise) was surreal. The sand is so soft. The music and dancing was fun, too. It's a loooong drive back on the last day, but Mohammed was good about telling us when we'd have bathroom breaks. We tipped him all of the cash we had left when they dropped us off back in Marrakech...and realized Bryan had left his phone in the van. I contacted Mohammed through WhatsApp and even after three days of driving us all around, they came back with the phone - and wouldn't accept any additional tip (we'd gone to an ATM in the hotel to be able to give more). True kindness and just above and beyond! Thank you!

Best experience from Viator and an amazing adventure! Pick up was a breeze from our Riad. When we arrived we were greeted by Mohammed with coffee or tea. WC on the property were clean. The drone package was very reasonably priced! The entire experience was 10/10. Our pilot was experienced and funny! It wasn’t as scary as I expected. The breakfast after was delicious. And we were dropped off at our Riad! It was an early morning but totally worth it. From pick up to drop off it was around 4 hours. Would do this 1000 times over. Highly recommend!

This was such a fun experience. Berk and his crew were fantastic in making sure we felt safe and understood what was going on. They were funny and kind to everyone. The flight itself was surreal. I love every single moment of it. The breakfast was filling and abundant. They really did a great job on the breakfast. My only regret is, I think they forgot to show us the drone shot of the flight! I wanted to see that.

My trip to the Sahara Desert was truly one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had, and so much of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Moha. From beginning to end, Moha went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. His attention to detail was exceptional—he anticipated everything we could possibly need, made sure we were comfortable at every step, and somehow made every part of the journey feel effortless. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he was genuinely so much fun to be around. His energy, humor, and personality made the entire adventure even more special. The Sahara itself was absolutely breathtaking, but having Moha as our guide took the experience to another level. You could tell how much he cared about making sure we experienced the desert in the best possible way, from the big moments to all of the little details in between. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco and an experience we’ll be talking about for years. If you have the opportunity to explore the Sahara with Moha, do it—you couldn’t ask for a better guide or a more memorable experience. I enjoyed the experience. I was a little worried because I hadn’t received the trip details, but the team sent them via WhatsApp at around 17:30 the day before. Captain Noor was warm and experienced. She took her time explaining everything and even took personalized photos of everyone on board. That thoughtful touch made the experience especially memorable.

Our guide led us through many parts of the Medina for tastes of traditional pastry, soup, snails, fast food, snacks, and a meal. He highlighted local vendors, gave tips on how to be a discerning shopper, and relayed history of the Medina. The tour gave us a great introduction to Marrakech.

Was a good overall and guides were very accommodating and knowledgeable. But only 6 of the 10 stops were done. Not sure why, maybe traffic. Rick’s cafe was a disappointment as it’s not anything near the movie likeness and was built in 2002 maybe? I’d remove that one…as you cannot go inside.
