Unbelievable experience

We received a message the day before to confirm the pick up time. The driver was on time and it took 30 minutes from our hotel to the location of the balloon ride. We were greeted with tea, coffee and water by the very friendly staff. Everything was easy and smooth and we were boarding our balloon ride before we knew it. Our balloon pilot was called ABDUL. I must say he was so friendly with everyone, spoke many languages and made sure everyone was having a great time explaining what was happening and threw in a few jokes here and there which made us all laugh. What a pleasure it was to have him in charge of our balloon. The ride was fantastic and a must do experience whilst in Marrakesh. I would highly recommend this trip. We were up there for a full hour and we did go very high too compared to a lot of other ballon’s we could see. Once back on the ground we were met with a drink and breakfast. There are toilet facilities here and they were extremely clean too.

This was literally one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. Tom and his staff were amazing. The ride to the balloon site was very bumpy and rocky however we arrived in one piece and it was all worth it. Breakfast was so nice and delicious. Amazing

The best thing we did in Marrakech. Totally worth the experience, especially when we were above the clouds to see the sunrise and a lot of hot air balloons from a distance, it was exhilarating, totally forgot my fears. The traditional Berber breakfast was also great and the drone videos and pictures they got for us were amazing. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous! Darius was our pilot and he talked us through the whole process. We were very safe the whole time. Views were beautiful and we had plenty of space in basket. We were flying around 55 minutes and watching sunrise was magical. Breakfast afterwards was lovely. I would highly recommend.

This was a surreal...

This was a surreal experience. I’m so glad I chose to do this, even though I was slightly nervous to go up. I was picked up by a driver for another company. I wanted to wait for another driver, but we had some language barrier problems. After a couple phone calls to her company, she insisted I come with her. They knew where I was supposed to go and sped me across the desert to the correct starting point. I’m so thankful! Everyone was kind and professional from start to finish.
