Our tour guide Yassin Idar was fantastic. Felt very safe with him and knew we were in good hands, especially being nervous about the quad bike (I was with my 14 year old son and I let him drive). Yassin made us feel really comfortable and kept checking we were ok. He was there to help us on the camels too.
The trip itself was great. We stopped off at a little place where they made argan oil and had some mint tea and a chance to check out how argan oil is made and I bought some orange blossom argan oil - mainly for the smell to remind us of Morocco! Then we ventured into the desert, did a pretty fast quad bike ride and rode the camels in the sunset. There were also chances to stop and rest in between activities at the main base - a pool with a bar in the middle of the desert which was pretty cool. Just wished we'd have brought our swimming costumes for a dip to get the desert dust off! We both wore white which wasnt the best idea? So.... tip from me is to take swimming costumes and don't wear your nice clothes!
The food was really tasty - lentil soup, chicken tagine and couscous, home made bread, cake and mint tea. A good amount of it and I think they do pretty well considering it's the main place where all the tour groups meet so there were maybe 200 people there.
The sunset and then evening entertainment was so much fun. After traditional Berber music and flame throwing we had a mini rave. Everyone got into it, jumping up and down and dancing. It was one of those rare and beautiful moments you don't often get in life - dancing like crazy in the desert in the sunset.
Such an amazing trip. A bucket list kind of thing that we'll remember forever! We kind of felt like we were in a star wars film all day too!

Book this trip - you won't regret it. Wear a lot of sun screen and take lots of water. Now I'm back in rainy England I'll be dreaming of being back there in that heat!

A perfect evening at the desert.
Our guide Ayoub arrived at time to pick us from the hotel. From the moment we arrived till the end he took care that we will have fun! Wonderful experience with Ayoub!
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with this experience. The activity was poorly organized, with a lot of waiting around but still feeling rushed once it was finally our turn.
The bus A/C was not working well, which made the transportation uncomfortable. For the quad biking, there was no instruction or training for first-time riders, despite the activity taking place in the dark by the time we went. This made the experience especially frustrating.
The camel ride was advertised as 40 minutes, but ours was closer to 25 minutes and consisted of essentially riding in a loop. Overall, the experience felt rushed, disorganized, and not as advertised. We expected much better coordination and value for the price.
The activities were good but the communication from our driver/guide was terrible. We were often left without knowing where to go next or what we were doing.
The camel ride was a short ride but that's fine, it was fun. The quad biking was fun but the quad only had one working handbreak.
Dinner was nice and the shows afterwards were good.
We got 2 small bottles of water the whole 6 hours so I'd suggest taking your own or purchasing some along the way as it was 38 degrees so hydrating is essential.
BYO scarf, bathers and towel of you want a quick dip in the pool, wear closed toe shoes.
The bus journey was approx an hour with a stop along the way which could be shorter if we didn't stop at the argan oil place.
If I was to do it again id choose a different company.
Picked up on time and everything was as expected including the camel and quad 4x4 rides. The only issue I had was with the communication with the guides. The guide that picked me up when we started the tour had an attitude and not communication issue. I had lead myself and find a way to make it work. I was extremely frustrated but happy I met other travelers that I can talk to and had an overall great experience.
It was amazing staff were so friendly and so supportive of the fact I was a female solo Muslim traveller, they all made sure I was safe and fine at all times
Horribly aggressive driver, forced stops to “learn” about soap and peanut butter, sad camel rides that went about 100 yards while being tied together, a team that didn’t feel like it understood its own timeline. Overall a disappointing experience.
Picked us up late. Kept changing the pick up time. Picked us up in an overcrowded van. I had to sit in the front in between the driver and the tour guide (without AC). My hubby was sat in between 3 men in the last row. The space was so tight they struggled with their seatbelts which she kept saying they had to wear and didn’t comprehend how tight and uncomfortable their situation was. She could’ve seated people differently to avoid or fix the situation but refrained from doing so - instead she mumbled her discontent in Arabic to the driver not knowing that I understand Arabic.
Once we got to the camp it was overbooked and crowded. We had to wait 30+ minutes for the camel ride and after a 10 minute ride just around a circle we headed to dinner which was another fiasco. They kept forgetting to bring us meals. Before we could finish our meal we had to rush for the buggy. I didn’t even get dessert or tea served to me.
The buggy ride was supposed to be 40 minutes but were on it for less than 25 as it was too dark. When the buggy ended and we got back to the camp the music show had already commenced and there weren’t any seats left
Overall, the tour operator did not do a good job handling the activities - the tour guide was unfriendly too.
Fab trip excellent value for money where else can you ride a camel and quad get a meal and a show for under £25 ?

The food was very good and the staff were all very friendly and caring.

The ATV bikes were fun and the camel ride was fun. Our tour guide was quite lovely, nothing wrong with her. There was no water on the bus and it was very hot. That was disappointing. Then we learned that we had to buy scarves for $10 a piece. Had we known that we could have brought our own scarves. Or why not just sell them for some cheap price knowing that they definitely are not paying $10 a piece for these scarves. It was just annoying to be told everything is included only to find out it's not. The dinner was fine and there was a bit of a show afterwards which was okay. I'm glad I did the tour because I would hate to come to Morocco and not ride a camel . However, this tour company could do a few things to make it better. More water is really important. We asked for more water at dinner and was told there was an extra charge. I would tell people to take your own water and to take a scarf so you don't have to buy one.
Well organized. Picked up on time and return back safely. Enjoyed all activities with my family. The lead was very friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions.
If you do nothing else while in Morocco, do this! Worth every penny, the bikes are in a genuine desert environment (some other excursions are not) and the ride was around 50 minutes with plenty of help from instructors who made sure you got the photo you wanted. Followed by an authentic camel ride, dinner on a veranda overlooking the mountains, with music and a fire show that lights up the darkness. There is a pool there - but you’ll be covered in dust, so probably not fair to go swimming! Rabiaa was our tour guide - she was wonderful. We left our hotel around 3.30pm and got back just after 10pm. Excellent value!
You need to take a scarf with for on the quad bikes otherwise you get stung to buy one once you’re there.
This tour packs everything in and ends with and incredible dinner and show! AC in the van didnt do much so if you have a fan i would bring it. Also, you buy a scarf (100dh) or you can bring your own but it absolutely helped with the dust when on the quad bike.
This was beyond worth the money. You get a little of everything. Our transport came and had no ac. I informed them and they got us a new transportation van at the rest stop.
The whole experience was great, our guide Hassan was very helpful, he organised essentially everything for us. Great guy!
Everything was perfect!! Our tour guide Ayoub was the best!! Very professional, attentive, responsive, organized he always took care of us and provided helpful information. This is indeed one of the best tours experience and we will recommend 100% without a doubt. We started from 3:50 pm and arrived back to hotel 10:30 pm. and an absolutely 5* experience
This was such a cool experience. And suitable for everyone. My group included a toddler who participated in everything with his mom (and was thrilled the whole time).
Our guide was also very kind, present, and organized. I would highly recommend this tour.
If you want a bit of adrenaline, go and enjoy the quad bikes. Good fun, you do get dusty so take a scarf for your face. Unfortunately its not a particularly long ride. If you are in a group that contains kids it can be slow but dont let that put you off just enjoy, watch the sunset, see the stars and watch men with fire!!
Really great overall experience. The tour was well organised, everything ran to time and the whole day was extremely professional. Our guide, Ayoub, was brilliant throughout and really made the experience a 10/10. Would definitely recommend!
I would definitely not recommend. It was chaotic and badly organised. The camel ride was way better than expected but the three groups on our trip all went on separate rides. The meal was ok but very rushed. No guidance as to where to sit for the fire show. This was good but not worth the time or money. And as for the quad bikes - don’t do them. Our breaks did not engage and we crashed. Luckily only cuts and bruises but very nearly turned over. No first aid kit on site. No ice on site. Apparently somebody broke their leg the day before. All of the companies offering this trip go to the same location.
This was brilliant, such an amazing experience. Great value for money , beautiful food, the highlight for my kids was the camel ride , the highlight for me was the traditional music and the fire show, incredible.

Yesterday was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the ATV ride and the camel experience. The food was delicious, and the music and fire show in the evening was incredible. A special thank you to our guide, Fouad, who had everything perfectly arranged and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Highly recommended – We would definitely come back again!
Great adventure. All in quad bikes, camel ride, dinner and show were great. Hind as guide and Mustafa as driver were punctual and polite. Bring water, sunglasses and a scarf to cover head / face during bike ride.
