Please read before booking We have two packages: - Flight only - Complete package What are we gonna do? If you chose the package with transportation, we will pass you between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m., to arrive around 5:30 to Teotihuacan. Upon arrival you will enjoy coffee and cookies, followed by your registration. Balloon flight: approximately 40 to 50 minutes (depending on the weather; remember that the pilot only controls the ascent and descent). Upon landing, we will show you footage captured with professional drones and cameras. Afterwards you will enjoy your breakfast according to the package you choose Later you will have a tasting of typical drinks such as tequila and pulque, along with a brief explanation about obsidian and maguey. Great Tour

We did this tour during our holiday in Cancun, and it was an amazing experience. It’s definitely something I would recommend to everyone visiting the area. Marcela was our guide on the bus and explained everything clearly and nicely throughout the journey. Kevin was our guide at Chichen Itza, and he was brilliant. The way he explained everything, including his demonstrations, was superb. He was funny, engaging, and made the experience really enjoyable. Our driver, Jorge, was also very friendly and sweet. The tequila tasting was a nice addition, and while the food at the cenotes was okay, the overall experience was still excellent. We were picked up from our hotel by Temoc, who was very welcoming and friendly, which was a great start to the day. The only issue we had was the communication regarding delays. At the start of the tour, we waited around 30 minutes in the bus without any explanation, so none of the guests knew what was happening. On the return journey, we were delayed by almost another 30 minutes, again with no communication or update in the bus. This is something that could definitely be improved, as better communication would make the experience even better.

Amazing 😍😍

The experience was definitely worth waking up super early! The view is breathtaking and i love how it included the morning coffee and breakfast in a cave, as well as taking us to the pyramids. Our guide, Crystal, made us feel very welcomed and treated us like family I loved her!! I definitely recommended booking this package.

Once in a lifetime experience

This was amazing. It’s an early start but so worth it for the sunrise. The pick-up was really smooth and easy from a hotel nearby - it does get cold though. Then check in was quick and simple with coffee and fruit. Our pilot fernando was so fun and his playlist was on point. The actual ride is breathtaking. We went right above the ruins with loads of chances to take pics plus the basket didn’t feel too cramped. Crew was ready to pick us up at the landing point and take us for breakfast - it’s quite basic but does the job.

Wonderful Cancún Experience

This excursion was great! It was very fun and worth the money with all we got to experience. The zip lines were fun and good for beginners as they weren’t too high or long. The ATV’s had good speed and was a fun bumpy ride. The tequila was tasty with the different flavors and we enjoyed listening to the story of production. My family ended up buying 5 bottles! Transportation was provided to the second portion of the excursion to the horses and cenote. The horses were big and beautiful. The cenote was cool with a thrilling jump! The swing inside was a major plus as well as small fish swimming around us. Lastly as someone who doesn’t eat pork, the veggie tacos were tasty which was unexpected. Mr. G was a great tour guide, very energetic and fun. Even with us getting caught in heavy rain, Mr. G was able to work around it and we were able to enjoy every single part of the excursion. 10/10 would recommend!

Huge shout-out to our guide, Rafael! He was fantastic at his job and really made our day. The entire trip was incredibly smooth, starting with the convenient hotel pickup service. We booked from Prime One for our Chichén Itzá skip the line tickets, which worked out well. The day includes a buffet lunch; while the food was just average. Crucial tip: It is extremely hot! Please bring umbrellas for shade, plenty of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and UV-protective hats. Overall, a great experience thanks to Rafael!

I did the shuttle service...

I did the shuttle service and it was super punctual! there are free lockers once you get to the site so feel free to bring a bag or something. they say you can't bring professional cameras on the balloon but they let me bring on my small dslr so i think that depends on who you are. if you are over the weight limit, i believe you are charged by however much you are over the weight so be mindful of that!

The crew was amazing! The time was enjoyable from boarding to exiting. I thought it was suppose to last until 4 but we were back an hour or so before. No complaints though because I think our whole crew would have been deliriously drunk had we been there another 20 minutes. All I can say is a time was had!

We had such a great experience! We booked the hot air balloon and round trip transportation from CDMX, which was seamless. Our driver Hebert was personable and got us to and from safely. I appreciated that they let us get picked up at our Airbnb. The flight itself was incredibly smooth and our pilot Alejandro R. was great. It’s a little chilly that early in the morning so I suggest bringing a light jacket. Seeing so many balloons over the sunrise was incredible. Overall, such a wonderful experience! Certainly worth the trip from CDMX.

We visited Mr. Sanchos 4 days ago and had such an amazing experience. I have been to Cozumel a dozen times but this was our first visit to Sanchos. We plan to return to Sanchos every time we visit Cozumel moving forward! They have amazing food, drinks, service, massages, etc. Worth every penny!

Great Time For A Great Price

Highly recommend! Expect a long travel time depending on where you come from (should be less time if you’re close to Playa del Carmen) but it’s worth it. Round trip too. You don’t have to buy items at the shop (glasses, masks, water shoes) if you don’t want to. They aren’t absolutely necessary. The Basic package was enough for a amazing time. We bonded with other tourists during tequila tasting, cheered on everyone who was brave enough to cliff jump into the cenote (it’s quite high up so it does hurt a bit on impact with the water). 5 shots of tequila right before was our liquid courage. Lifejackets are enough for people who can’t swim to float and enjoy with others. You can take your own pictures and videos at the cenote, and you can sit out activities if you want. Water shoes aren’t absolutely necessary. There will be lots of dust during ATVs if it doesn’t rain for a few days. Bring sunglasses at minimum. Zipline was simple but fun, right after the ATVs. There was a fire show while we ate our two tacos (larger menu is available if you want to buy drinks or more food). Alan was our guide and he was great. Overall it was fantastic and so worth the price (much more affordable than the options through the hotel vendors).
