Absolutely fantastic tour of Teotihuacan! Francisco was incredibly knowledgeable about the pyramids and brought the history to life with his enthusiasm, while Ivan made the experience seamless with easy pickup and drop-off. Highly recommend this tour and Francisco and Ivan for anyone visiting Teotihuacan!

Yes, this is a super early wake up but it’s a full day of interesting activities. The balloon team kept the energy up. The ride was beautiful and the team that set up the balloons worked so smoothly. The cave breakfast was delicious and the surroundings gorgeous. Spent just enough time at the pyramids (1 hour). We were back in Mexico City at 2. It’s a long day but worth it!

10/10 experience. The day ran like a well-oiled machine, easily moving from each activity to the next. The balloon ride was easily the highlight following closely by the pyramid visit. Breakfast was basic but well-timed. Out of the control of the tour — traffic back to CDMX was excruciating; plan to nap or bring a book to help with the ride. Would def recommend this tour!

This was my first time to Mexico. This trip made me love the culture and the country. My trip was on September 1, my tour guide was Cesar bus 61. The only negative was the wait for the bus at the beginning of the day. The tour did not pick up at my hotel, I walked 2 minutes to the Comfort Inn Cancún Aeropuerto. After waiting 30 minutes, I message the tour company. I was told that the bus was on the way. I waited some more. I contacted company again, told the bus is late. Then I received a message a few minutes later that a van would be picking me up. After 70 minute wait, van picked me up and took me to a bus. Now for the good stuff. Our first stop was a Mayan village visitor centre. Before we arrived there, Cesar taught us how to the Mayans counted and told us about the Mayan calendar. Explained that 2012 was misinterpreted as the end of the world, when in reality it was an end of a cycle. He showed us a Mayan calendar based on his birthdate, similar to a horoscope but based on Mayan culture and place in time. I ordered one for myself and my son who was not on the trip as a gift. The calendars were made by artisans in the village. Upon arrival at village, Cesar described and explained everything that we saw. I was surprised that the Mayans cooked meat in the ground the same way that the Tainos cooked meat in the ground in Jamaica. We learnt about obsidian and it's importance in Mayan culture. I learnt where obsidian came from and its usage for the Mayans. A Shaman was there assisting. He learnt about dreamcatchers and how obsidian protect us. Then we went into the gift shop. I bought a few items. Now we were on the way to Chichen Itza. Silly me did not know that Chichen Itza is one of the new 7 Wonders of the World. Cesar gave us the option to walk around by ourselves or with him. A group of us went with him. Cesar is so knowledgeable about his culture. He explained all the wonders of Chichen Itza. The Mayan culture is highly intelligent, amazing architects, amazing astrologists. We went into the shade and there is not much shade there. Cesar asked if we wanted to continue to tour with him or go off on our own. Those who left missed Cesar's knowledge of this place. On the way to the Cenote the air conditioning in the tour bus was not working. The driver turned it off, went outside and tried to fix it. Cesar said that he called for a new bus to come get us from the Cenote. Next stop was the Cenote. The cenote was amazingly refreshing after the extreme heat of being in direct sun at Chichen Itza. I swam for a while then went to the delicious buffet at the Cenote. Cochinita Pibil at the buffet was amazing. The air conditioning on the bus was fixed by the driver. I unfortunately do not remember his name. He took his break and ate the buffet then he went to work on the bus. He was able to get the air conditioning working. The next stop was a village, I do not recall the name. We learnt about the different types of tequila and sampled quite a few of them. Then it was the return back to Cancun. I had asked Cesar if the van that will be picking me up from the bus can drop me off directly at my hotel inside of walking in the dark from the Comfort Inn. The van driver dropped me off at my hotel the Hyatt Place Aeropuerto Cancun. This was a remarkable day and will be etched in my memory. Cesar and the driver are incredible and should be highly rewarded. The tour company that Viator used was SAT Mexico Tours. I will definitely tour with that company again.

We had such an amazing time on our Tolantongo tour with Diego! There was plenty of communication before and throughout the trip, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. He kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and every part of the day was so enjoyable. The views were incredible, the food was amazing, and the whole experience was truly worth it. We would absolutely do this tour again! Highly recommend Diego!

We have come to Mr Sanchos several times and we keep coming back for a reason….its a great time! The beach was clean and nice. We ordered food off the menu and sampled many drinks :) Many amenities are offered…horseback riding, jetskis, massages…etc $20 taxi ride from port. It’s hard not to have a good time. They will take care of you!

Very professional organization. We were picked up at our Air B and B at the right time, then driven out to the site. The balloon ride was spectacular and not frightening at all. Then off to breakfast in a cave which was a lot of fun. A great day and a great value. Highly recommend.

when i tell y’all i had the time of MY LIFE!!!!! the energy was on 10 from the moment we stepped on the premises literally lol. so fun, so worth the food & endless drinks you get for the price, got to jump in the water & swim, twerk contests, champagne showers, made so many friends ugh just get the tickets lmaooo
