Excellent tour well worth the money
This is a great tour. It lasted almost 12 hours from start to finish. The gods did a great job and were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed everything. The mezcal factory was something else. The owner himself walked us through the whole process.

Amazing Day
The tour was amazing! Estephanie was our guide, and she was wonderful. The day is jam-packed with activities, but don’t worry, at no point did it feel rushed. We had “free time” at every stop, which is exactly my style of tour. We also got extremely lucky with the weather. It was cool and overcast, which was perfect for all the walking we did. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend this tour! Good weather not guaranteed ;)

Excelente
We had such an amazing experience at this cooking class! We learned so much and had a wonderful time throughout the entire experience. chef Oswaldo is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and made the class both informative and fun. You can truly tell how much he loves what he does. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on, and memorable experience!

Montel Alban, Mezcal and more
This service was à la carte all the way through but was reasonable for what we saw and did.
Jorge was a very good tour guide, and Jose did a great job driving.
Jorge was very personable and engaging and that helped provide a very positive experience throughout the time we spent together. He engaged everyone in the group, remembered our names, and shared some personal experiences of his own.
The only criticism I have is about the website. It said water would be provided, but Jorge was unaware of this piece of information and we only had the little bit of water we brought or would have to buy some

Full Day Oaxaca Tour
Did a whole day tour— Tule, Hierve El Agua, Mitla, Teotitlan and mezcal tasting. Pavel was our tour guide and Miguel was our driver. It was a full day! Did all the things. Pavel is so knowledgeable about Oaxaca, and its history and Zapotec culture. I also appreciate that he did this tour in English and Spanish!! Every stop on the trip was magical. We had water, air conditioned vehicle in between places. Definitely great value of time and knowledge. Bring snacks!

Great tour to see Hierve el Agua and Mescal making
Excellent experience. It was fun and most importantly we felt safe. There was even an additional stop at the end to a Mexican bakery. This is a must do tour if you are in or around Oaxaca, Mexico. It takes an entire day. We visited a huge tree - one of the biggest in the world, a traditional rug making home business showing the use of natural dyes, a traditional chocolate making business with free samples, a great restaurant for lunch, the Hierve el Agua - the petrified waterfall, and a Mescal factory with free samples.

The best!
From start to finish it was the best! The family is super friendly. The class was educational and the food was yummy. I was worried about bringing 12 year old but they were so inclusive and accommodating. Would do this cooking class again over and over again!

Great Tour! Alfredo is a quality, knowledgeable, and friendly guide!
Excellent tour! For the day, I was the only one and Alfredo provided a wonderful 6 hour full tour. I didn't feel like anything was rushed, and he took his time to answer whatever questions I had. The tour consisted of a visit to the agave fields, the distillery, an unlimited tasting session, then a quality dinner. I would highly recommend this tour for solo or group travellers. There wasn't pressure to buy or tip along the way either.

Miguel is fantastic!
Miguel was an absolutely fantastic tour guide, very knowledgeable, a good sense of humor and able to answer all of the groups questions (which were plenty). He used great comparisons, easy to understand examples while still going into a lot of depth. The best tourguide we've ever had!
The tour itself was very well organized as well, and very punctual.

Monte Alban
It was a wonderful experience. Luis our guide was very knowledgeable. The archaeological site is breathtaking, with incredible panoramic views and fascinating history. Everything was well maintained, and walking through the ancient ruins was unforgettable.

Great trip. Julia was an...
Great trip. Julia was an excellent facilitator. There is no guided tour included in this booking, but she went above and beyond! She led my kids on a short walk to a scenic spot, and talked to them about the regional history and wildlife. She is very knowledgeable in her field.

Perfect day!
We highly recommend this tour! Our group of 3 friends had a private tour with Irvin and had a perfect day! The tour was well-timed and a good mix of different types of activities. Irvin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great experience in Oaxaca!

Many travelers agree that if you only have time to visit one place in Mexico, it should be Oaxaca. The state has some of the country’s most iconic food—from its seven types of mole to flaky tlayudas (stuffed tortillas)—plus inspiring natural beauty and colorful architecture. Oaxaca tours let you explore like an expert, whether tasting street food in Oaxaca City or discovering the Monte Albán ruins. You can also learn to make mezcal on a plantation, marvel at a petrified waterfall, or head to the coast for surfing lessons.
