I visited Turks and Caicos for my birthday and we booked the clear boat photo shoot for my birthday. The meeting location was easy to find. We arrived early and they both acknowledged and greeted us. They were extremely professional and friendly even before the photo shoot. They directed us and the photos came out amazing. They were very encouraging throughout the shoot. They helped us in and out of the water and we got out photos right there on the beach. Top notch customer service. I’m big on customer service and I expect others in the service industry to be as well. They exceeded my expectations!

Had a pleasant time on the boat, the tour guides/ crew was fun, always cracking jokes. They made sure everybody was safe during the snorkeling. Unfortunately we didn't see any other animals besides fishes while snorkeling. Guess you just have to be lucky. Other than that we had a great time, enjoyed the view and the lguana island. Worth your time and money/ responsible company.

I had this booked in March and we were unable to port due to high winds, the company immediately refunded my entire payment without me having to even contact them. We really wanted to see the whole island (Grand Turk) and we were sailing again in April so we rebooked. I had rented a 4 passenger and didn’t think about needing a bigger cart for my walker to be in there too. Unfortunately they were completely booked so couldn’t upgrade day of but they kept my walker/wheelchair safe on their premises. Being able to have a day where you can go on your own pace and enjoy without worry was so worth the money. Speaking of money it’s very reasonable and the company was great. I have already booked for my next Grand Turk adventure in July!! Highly recommend!!

Great day on the water!

Lady Grace is definitely the company to go with here on Turks for this experience. Interestingly enough, our day had hardly any wind which wasn't a big deal because just being on the boat and the experience was well done. Snorkel spot was fine, reef was healthy, saw plenty of fish, even a Grouper. Some others saw a barracuda and octopus. No sharks this time...apparently the day before. All good, sometimes it's just hit and miss. Iguana island was cool...definitely need to venture off the path to find them though. And, the beaches there are divine. Lunch was great, bar was flowing, and the staff were fantastic lead by Captain Tim. Highly recommended!

While on a cruise we booked a golf cart with PRJ golf cart rental and we were extremely excited about it. However it was unfortunate that our ship was unable to dock in the Grand Turk port due to high winds and rough seas. I reached out to the company and they graciously refunded our payment. If we make it back to this port I will definitely reschedule our rental with this company.

Pegasus VIP Perfection

At first, getting to your driver seems like chaos, but it’s surprisingly organized and detailed. The airport employees must coordinate with Pegasus VIP because our guy recognized us by name and informed us our driver was there already. Bennett Williams was our driver. He immediately jumped out to assist with our luggage then jumped right back in to show us how to crank up our air in the backseat. He was excellent and we recommend him and the company highly. Bennett drove safely and answered all our questions about the island. I’d request him every time. This company was a great choice and we’re happy we chose them.

We did the mangroves kayaking excursion and absolutely loved it. Shout out to our tour guide, Mikey, who was fantastic - super knowledgeable, made everything feel fun and relaxed, and really brought the experience to life. He made sure we saw some amazing wildlife, including turtles, stingrays, jellyfish, conchs, and even a lemon shark. I couldn’t recommend this excursion more. Fabulous experience- jet ski fun with amazing blue water

Great experience! Brian, our guide was excellent. Took us to a beautiful deserted beach, the sandbar, and the canal area to check out local landscape. We spent just enough time in each spot and he kindly obliged my request to take photos while out in the ocean. The 2 hr jet ski tour was a perfect opportunity to experience more of Turks and Caicos than the usual land or snorkel tours. Highly rec the 2-hr trip.

Horseback riding on the beach was a hit!

This was the part of the trip our son was looking forward to the most and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the conversation with our driver Jerry immensely. He was very knowledgeable about the island and took the time to show us highlights we would otherwise not have seen. The horseback riding was a great adventure for our family. The crew took great care of our 5 year old and made him feel extremely comfortable for his first ever horseback ride. They allowed me (a more experienced rider) to ride more freely. The part of the island where we rode was more natural and less commercialized than some other parts we saw on other outings so we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The fresh coconut at the end was a nice treat. Would recommend this excursion.
