A better way to see and enjoy art

The Prado has so much art and it is all tied to Spain's history. Our guide focused on 6-8 pieces to highlight specific aspects of Spanish and art history. She explained the context and story of each piece, which made them more beautiful and memorable. Overall, this was a much more enjoyable and educational way to appreciate the collection, even though we saw a very small slice of it.

A fabulous experience

An absolute must do if you visit Madrid! The whole process was seamless from start to finish (you even get sent a video of exactly how to get to the meet point). Our guide Gustavo was incredibly knowledgeable, he provided us with an in-depth history of the various areas and sights of Madrid and answered all of our questions. Having done the 2 hour trip we were then able to explore Madrid feeling like we knew where we were going and what to look for, we also tried a number of Gustavo's recommendations for both places to visit and places to eat and they absolutely didn't disappoint.

Edwardo and Diego were excellent. They actually did the tour in both Spanish and English simultaneously. The cities were excellent to visit. Their knowledge was great. However, please know that while the guides were awesome, we only scratched the surface of the three cities. Would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to see these amazing places onl limited time.

This is a wonderful, authentic, small-theater performance. They explain the history of flamenco and the elements of the performance, then do 4-6 performances that are all engaging. As part fo your ticket you get a drink (wine, beer, sangria, or non-alcoholic).

Great overview of Prado

So glad we did this tour! The guide took us around to the main museum highlights explaining the background of the works of art and giving them history and context. For those who can appreciate art but can easily get overwhelmed, this is a superb tour. Very efficient. Then, you are free to roam and visit the museum however you want and re-visit anything you already saw on the tour.

An Excellent Way to Experience Madrid’s Royal Palace

This was an excellent tour and a great way to experience one of Madrid’s most impressive landmarks. The skip-the-line access made entry easy, and our guide was outstanding. Her knowledge of the Royal Palace, Spanish history and the stories behind the rooms and artefacts brought the entire visit to life. She was engaging, easy to listen to and encouraged questions throughout the tour. What could have been a simple walk through a beautiful building became a much richer experience because of the context and history she shared. The palace itself is magnificent, with stunning rooms, artwork and architecture, but the guide’s explanations helped us understand not only what we were seeing but why it was important. The group size was also spot on. On a busy and very warm day in Madrid, it was large enough to create a good atmosphere but small enough to comfortably hear the guide, ask questions and move through the palace without feeling crowded. As visitors to Madrid, we found this to be a fantastic introduction to Spain’s royal history and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get more from their visit than simply wandering through on their own.

Bernabeu tour, being all...

Bernabeu tour, being all indoors, is ok to do on hot summer afternoons. Impressive displays. The tour guide makes the difference as they can add a lot of context. Ours (Gigi) did. That you cannot walk back to spend more time in the museum & you are escorted out at the end of the tour, is not ideal for a true fan.

Segovia and Avila- Two Great Cities

Maria gave a great tour to Segovia and Avila. They provided a bus for thr 1.5 hour drive. One of the nicest buses ever. AC worked great. Bottled water provided for 1 euro from bus driver. Both cities were very interesting. Be prepared for a lot of walking. I probably did 16000 steps. Many hills and old stone pavement.

Wonderful day!

This was a beautiful experience! In that I will say, be advised that it is a long day (10 hours) and there are many hills and stairs to climb. We were lucky to go on a day that the heat wave was calmer and it was a bit cloudy, which helped a lot. Had it not been cloudy, it would’ve been a bit harder to beat the heat. Toledo was beautiful and had lots of sights to see and Segovia was also breathtaking. Our guide, Samuel, was great at explaining things and it was awesome to hear the history in Spanish (we choose Spanish). Note: the tour guides are very flexible and give plenty of options for allowing you free time. We chose the lunch option and it was an okay experience. It was convenient due to the quick service but the food was just fine/okay. It was cool that it was inside the military museum. Overall, fantastic tour! Lots of beautiful sights, lots of waking, lots of learning. 10/10!

Simply amazing - the best hour spent in Madrid

Simply fantastic show - the best hour spent in the city. Authentic story telling, felt like we were special guests within a private party. The music and the dance were outstanding and the costumes were amazing. The castanets and footwork mesmerised and we could feel the foot work through the floor. Cannot recommend this enough - true Spanish history.

Great tour guide and charming pubs.

Fun time with small group (from US, Canada and Australia). Great intro to seeing the side streets with a very "local: knowledgable tour guide. Stopped at several places that are well know by locals and enjoyed tapas and wine. All places had a unique story that the guide shared. Outstanding evening stroll in the "hood". Recommemd for 1st evening in the city.

This was a very thorough...

This was a very thorough and detailed tour of the stadium and its unique, modern and groundbreaking design. It was also a journey through the history of Real Madrid. Our guide was Aldo, and he was knowledgeable and passionate about Real Madrid and its history. The highlight for us was being on the field level and touching the grass. In addition to being on the field and sitting on the players sidelines, we went to the locker room, workout rooms, press room, and trophy rooms. We can’t say enough about how great a guide Aldo was - he took the time to answer all our questions, he facilitated time for pictures (- even assisting with picture taking!), and he was engaging with all the people on his tour.
