Paul was extremely professional , kind and made us feel right at home. His vast knowledge of the area was exactly what we were looking for. Javier conducted a wonderful tour. He provided interesting insights and history about Biarritz and Bayonne. He was very flexible with what we wanted to do and helped us navigate to the shops and things we wanted to see most! I really appreciated his promptness, insights and flexibility. The trip is just enough to get a little taste of France!

We had an incredible evening, being shown around San Sebastian by our guide, Gonzalo. We'd done a similar tour in Bilbao two days earlier, so did wonder if we'd done the right thing by booking a similar style evening. We shouldn't have worried as this was soooo much better than if we'd spent the evening trawling the city ourselves. We felt like we were taken to the best bars, where Gonzalo knew the speciality on each menu. He was an engaging guide, who was also able to tell us a lot about the city and the region. It was so good, we even ended up going back to one of the bars the next day for lunch. If you are wondering whether to book it...just do it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

We had an excellent pintxo tour in San Sebastián with Iker. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Basque food culture. The bars were perfectly chosen, the pintxos were delicious, and the explanations about traditions and how locals eat made the experience feel truly authentic. Iker made the tour fun, personal, and easy to follow, and we left full, happy, and confident to explore pintxo bars on our own. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Got to cook several different items, all guided by the chef. As its group cooking you take turns chopping, stirring, plating etc. As you cook you learn about the cuisine and sample three different drinks. At the end you get the recipes to take home. I can see myself making the Spanish omelette and stuffed peppers at home.

Tasting outstanding wines against the backdrop of rolling vineyards was magical, but what made it truly special was the way Alby and Diego tied each glass to the broader story of the region. It never felt like “just another tasting”; instead, it felt like we were connecting with the essence of Rioja. What stood out most, however, was how comfortable and cared for we felt. The personal attention, thoughtful pacing, and genuine interest in making the day enjoyable made this tour unforgettable. By the end, we felt like we had not only discovered Rioja’s wines but also gained two new friends. If you are considering a wine tour from San Sebastián, this is the one. We had an amazing day with Ana on the Getaria & txakoli tour from San Sebastián. Ana was warm, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel so personal - from sharing the history of Getaria to introducing us to the traditions of txakoli winemaking. We completely fell in love with the charm of Getaria and even went back on our own before leaving the Basque Country. We can't wait for a return trip! I opted to do the sunset tour for this tour and it was a great experience! You will get some great views of the city, as well as some very interesting history. The captain and his wife were extremely personable and chatted with everyone while we enjoyed our cava and the sunset. If you are in San Sebastián for a few days I would not miss out on this!
