Good Experience Overall, but Confusing Walking Tour Details
Great package! I loved the amazing views covered by the package (bus, London Eye, and London Bridge). However, for the London walking tour, I don’t know where the meeting point is because it is not specified in the itinerary. I tried to contact Big Bus, but the information is not listed there.

London Eye was a great first stop in London. Crew got us on quickly for our 10am start. Beautiful views from the Eye!

River cruise & London Eye
The boat ride was nice and the guide informative. Upon finishing the tour (about 45 minutes) we walked about a minute over to the “London Eye” and got some great views of the area. I’m a wimp and I don’t like heights or being enclosed, but this was very smooth, and not scary at all.

A tour guide during the ride would have made this wonderful ride even better. Otherwise it was great!
Even though we didn’t actually have a guide present at all, The London Eye was absolutely remarkable & wonderful with amazing views. However, it could have been even better if there had been a guide present to provide information about what we were viewing.
