Great tour to get a glimpse of the university on foot and by the boat. We combined the tour with a punting tour and visit to the Kings’ College Chapel to optimise our time in Cambridge. The guided tour conducted by a Cambridge alumnus provides intricate details of the history of the university and places of interest. Tommy our tour guide was fantastic and the tour was very insightful.

A timeless punting experience
The guided punting tour in Cambridge was one of the highlights of my trip. Seeing the historic colleges from the river offered a completely different perspective: calm, scenic, and rich in atmosphere. Our guide combined humor with insightful commentary, sharing stories about the university’s history, traditions, and famous figures in a way that felt engaging. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing time to take in landmarks like King’s College Chapel while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a relaxing yet informative experience, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Cambridge.

Best way to learn about Cambridge and it's Universities
What a great way to discover the history, student life and general feel of Cambridge! Our guide John was fabulous. He was so knowledgeable, patient and a great person to have a chat with to get an inside view of Cambridge University life. We had previously walked around Cambridge on our own but got to learn so much more about the buildings and history with John. Highly recommend.

What an amazing tour guide Nym is!
Our guide (her name is Nym), was amazing!! She was an undergrad and is a current grad student at Cambridge and was extremely knowledgeable on the history of the various college building we toured around. She gave an all encompassing history of Cambridge all the way from 1209 onwards all the way to the most recent developments at the University. We learned so much from her and her enthusiasm, energy and passion showed through, resulting in a very memorable experience. Thank you Nym!

Excellent Cambridge Tour
Today we had a wonderful tour with Dick. He gave us comprehensive overview of the University and College system along with stories about notable alumni from the different colleges. We appreciated all the history he wove into the tour along with the finer details about what made each college we visited distinct. He tailored the tour based on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to learn about over the two hours. He also had a lovely sense of humor that we enjoyed!

Dave aka Best Guide In Cambridge
We were lucky enough to have Dave as our guide:) He was unbelievable:) So knowledgeable and entertaining:) there was never a dull moment. As a Hotel Concierge in Munich, I have to know a lot about my city, but I have my limits and that’s why I have my number 1 guide that i use on a regular basis. Dave will be my number 1 recommendation for anyone coming to Cambridge:) Thank you Dave and I hope your face heals quickly:) Thank you

Fun and interesting walk
Our guide James was great, very interesting walk, fun and relaxed talk, not like you're in a history lesson, more like you're walki6round the city with a mate who knows a lot of interfaces about it.
We also did a histtour the next day, with Peter. That was also very good. While the places you visit do cross over its stoll worth doing as the things you find out are largely different.

Highly recommend a private tour with Peter.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an absolutely unforgettable private tour from Killarney yesterday, exploring the Ring of Kerry, the Cliffs of Kerry, Dingle, and the beautiful waterfall in Killarney National Park. Our guide, Peter, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging — his stories and insights brought the history and beauty of the region to life.
The day was perfectly paced, with so many memorable stops along the way, each more breathtaking than the last. From stunning coastal views to charming local spots, Peter made sure we didn’t miss a thing. It was a truly special experience, and we couldn’t recommend this tour more highly!

Mary was so interesting and knowledgeable! Great guide and we highly recommend her!
Mary was a wonderful guide. We unfortunately had very bad rain that day but we all made the most of it. She grew up in the area so was very knowledgeable about everything. And she was so friendly and interesting. We could not have asked for a better guide to show us her beautiful country.

Great tour! Paudie was such a good tour guide. He is originally from the area so knows everyone and takes you too great locations. The cliffs of Kerry are beautiful and he makes the experience feel like a VIP tour. Made the long day feel fun and the van was very comfortable

Great trip!
We had such an amazing tour, guided by Peter! We were so pleased with how comfortable and clean the van was. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, drove safely, and recommended a great lunch spot!! We would definitely recommend this tour. Some stops: Kerry Cliffs, Torc Waterfall, Kells Sheepdog, and The Bridge Bar for lunch!

Great early evening ride
There are a fair number of tours available like this. This company doesn’t rent boats for punting yourself. That said, I would recommend this group especially if you want a leisurely trip. It was a little over an hour, and we were paired with a nice family of ten. Adam, our punter, had a lot of history at hand, and did a great job describing the history of buildings and bridges we saw.
