Exceptional Cotswolds Experience – A Must-Book!

Our tour of the Cotswolds was the absolute highlight of our trip, and that was almost entirely thanks to our incredible guide, Dave. From start to finish, he provided a seamless, entertaining, and deeply thoughtful experience that we cannot recommend highly enough. Expert Knowledge & Hidden Gems: Dave’s knowledge of the area is second to none. Instead of just sticking to the crowded tourist spots, he took us to several "hidden gems" and quiet corners of the Cotswolds that we never would have found on our own. His witty commentary kept us engaged and laughing throughout the day, he is a natural storyteller! Family Friendly: Traveling with a little one can sometimes be a challenge, but Dave was fantastic with our child. He went out of his way to ensure the youngest member of our group was entertained and comfortable, making the day stress-free for us as parents. Going Above and Beyond: Dave’s generosity really shone through when he offered to take numerous photos of our family, ensuring we have beautiful memories to look back on. However, what truly blew us away was his kindness at the end of the day. My wife realized she had left her phone in the van after he had already dropped us off; Dave didn't hesitate to drive all the way back to return it to us. Verdict: If you are looking for a guide who is professional, kind, and knows the Cotswolds inside and out, book with Dave. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Must try!

Exceptional day in Oxford with Lauren

What a beautiful city and a great day trip in a very walkable town. Our guide, Lauren was simply exceptional--just the right amount of detail and special things to note that you might otherwise miss (e.g. the subterannean library under the "Blackwell Bookstore". It's always a privilege to have such a guide. Couldn't recommend this any higher, and Lauren, if you're lucky enough to book her. Pro tip: after the day enjoy dinner at The Folly, a lovely, casual but upscale restaurant on the Thames with a proper chef looking after the menu. Quality was some of the best we've had in the UK.

This was the most lovely...

This was the most lovely and enjoyable day. The absolute best tour of the Cotswolds - our guide for the day was Ian, the owner, and he was fantastic. He’s a local and shares the most amazing amount of history and local character about each of the towns and the area in general. This tour takes you to 3 of the biggest towns that everyone wants to see, but the best part is truly the 3 smaller villages that aren’t open to larger coaches and tours. It’s these tiny little villages that truly give you the feeling of what living in the Cotswolds would be like. Ian is also very careful and respectful of the privacy of those who live there and encourages respectful tourism. The pick up at Oxford Station was quick and easy, and the drive and the schedule the stops are laid out in give you a great balance of driving, sightseeing, time for eating and shopping etc. Can’t recommend Ian and this tour highly enough.

Outstanding Cotswolds Tour Experience with a Thoughtful and Knowledgeable Driver

Christian was excellent from start to finish. We arrived late after 11 and he patiently waited for us without any issues. He took us to multiple beautiful locations across the Cotswolds and shared clear, interesting history at each stop. What stood out was how he made the experience enjoyable for both adults and children, suggesting stops and activities that kept the kids engaged. He even extended our tour by an extra hour at no additional cost to make sure we got full value. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. He also sent us photos of places he had by which we really appreciated as we could not capture everything ourselves. On top of that, he gave great advice on places to visit for future trips to the Cotswolds. Overall, it was a very well organised and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Solo trip to Oxford

I loved my harry potter oxford tour with Vaish! Vaish was a fantastic guide and clearly very passionate about both oxford and harry potter. We saw the inspiration for the Great Hall, the portraits, and where they filmed scenes from Goblet of Fire (to name a few). I really appreciated her knowledge about oxford’s history in general, as that enriched the experience more. Would do it again!

Perfect Day!

It was such a wonderful day exploring the Cotswolds. The itinerary was marvelous and John Batchelor, our guide made sure we got to see anything specific we wanted.
