10/10 Emilio was the best!!

Emilio was our tour guide and I cannot say enough great things about him and our day today. Everything ran so smoothly and Emilio went above and beyond for us. First of all, he is hilarious and his personality is so fun. At our first stop he noticed I was cold and lent me his jacket! Then at our last stop he made sure to show us different food locations including a vegetarian restaurant. Emilio walked everyone to their desired restaurant. I am vegetarian and my husband is not so my husband didn’t get exactly the food he wanted. So when we met back up at the end Emilio had a chicken dinner that he got for my husband! He didn’t know at the time but it was my husband’s birthday and that meant so much to us! Thank you so much for a wonderful day today!

Taking this 4 hour tour on the first day is a great way to start your trip. You later can go back and revisit the areas that interest you. We had a private tour so we were able to stop and spend time anywhere on this tour. If you are able to get Diogo, do it. He was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of history and his recommendations were second to none.

It was a truly perfect trip with Felipa being an amazing guide. She had us be the first to enter at our first stop with Pena Palace to ourselves for magnificent photos and time to explore. Great six+ hours tour of the city. All the highlights. Our guide was very knowledgeable and flexible. Dyane came prepared to give us an introduction to Lisbon but unbeknownst to her we had taken a tuk tuk tour the day before (included in our hotel stay). She was able to shift things around and we had a fabulous time. She was an excellent driver and her English was perfect. We wish Dyane a wonderful career as a Viator guide.

Fabulous Full Day at Sintra and surrounding villages

The tour was a fabulous way to see Portugal in a day. We started in Lisbon and toured all day and into the evening. Alberto was a font of knowledge and interesting stories. He set a relaxed pace with site seeing, shopping and time for food and drink breaks to relax. Highlights included the western most point of continental Europe, Sintra of course, stops at 2 beaches, CaisCai for dinner and shopping.

Great Day trip!

Enjoyable tour with Maria! Visited two wineries. The first was very traditional (and had a bit of a haunted wine cellar complete with monks chanting) and the second was very modern. We also saw a ton of sites that might have been hard to get to otherwise and enjoyed a lovely grilled fish lunch.

Interesting experience. The palace is fantastic. The view of the farest west point of Eurobean land is awsome. The tour guide explains every thing in English then in french because we had half of the team from Australia and half from the french Canada. Since I speak both english and French, I heared eveything twice. Interesting!

What to do on a wet day in lisbon

Well what fun we had on here. Pedro and The Captain were very entertaining and enthusiastic throughout the whole trip. It was a really great experience despite choosing a cold, wet day to do this. Definitely recommend this if you want a nice relaxed, spacious, seated view of the streets of Lisbon. Other tours have been packed in like a literal sardine and views, zero. The trip up the Tagus,to see the tower and monument at Belem was wonderful . So nice to see it towards land for a change.
