Ava is awesome

Amazing tour

The tour was amazing. So much history to see and learn. The most importantly is Nicolas was so knowledgeable and caring. He was working hard to making sure we got all the knowledge and fun facts. He also took care of the elderly very well throughout the tour. Great fun and will definitely do that again.

Wonderful tour around Athens!

We loved this tour. First of all, we were picked up at the hotel and returned to the hotel. Nikos was our driver on this tour. He is very knowledgeable about Greek history and Athens. He told us lots of stories about Athens and answered all of our questions. We got to see the change of presidential guards. He explained to us all about their uniforms and what each piece of their uniforms meant. It was very interesting! Nikos took us to the first Olympic stadium and the statue to the first Marathon runner. I don’t remember the names of all places he took us but the ones I mentioned here were the most memorable to us. Then to the Acropolis to see Parthenon. Nikos didn’t go there with us but we were happy to explore on our own. By the way, he supplied us with all the water we needed. And we needed a lot of it since it was a very hot day. We alap bought delicious coconut treats that Nikos suggested and we loved them! After that he took us to dinner where we had a lovely and very tasty dinner. It was “eat all you want” restaurant that came as a part of the tour package, if you buy the option with lunch. He then suggested to take us some other places but we were exhausted from the long overnight flight so we asked him to bring us back to the hotel and he did. Nikos, thank you for a wonderful tour around Athens! We only had 1 day in Athens and it was a perfect tour for us to see many places of Athens in half a day!

One of the best things we did for our Greek vacation was book a Private Local Driver experience in each of our destinations! And having Yannis as our driver/guide for a day in Santorini was a perfect way to learn more about this amazing island and learn about so much from a local expert! Yannis knows this island, and knows how to help you make most of your day! He took us to so many amazing locations…the lighthouse, the Monastery, a fabulous restaurant for authentic Greek food, and Oia for a stunning sunset! He knows all the perfect places…and surprised us at the end of the day with some amazing views of Santorini at night! Yannis was exceptional and loves to show those who are truly interested in the Greek way of life around the entire island. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or better way to see Santorini!

Excellent guided tour of Acropolis and Museum

We’ve taken many guided tours with Viator but this may have been the best. Our guide was Sofia and she was just wonderful! She moved us along the acropolis tour (very hot!!) at just the right tempo - perfect mix of information and conversation (and shade!) Very engaging guide - well worth the extra cost beyond the tickets. We are a family of 5 with 3 “children”ages 17, 21 and 23. After we left our kids joked they wanted to invite Sofia along for the rest of our Greece trip so they could keep learning from her :). In general I’ve found Viator to be very easy to use - great service and value

My husband and I rode on the boat called Caliente and everything was amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating as I was 6.5 months pregnant. They were very knowledgeable about the stops along the way and the food was delicious! We would recommend this tour again and again.

Greek Island Hopping

We had a fun day sailing to the three different Greek Islands. The boat was comfortable and the prepared lunch was delicious. The only thing I would have changed was the amount of time we had to spend on Aegina. They were many things to do on this island and it would have been nice to have more time to explore. Maybe a two island stop instead of three would have been better. Overall, it was a lovely day!
