Do not order until the last minute because they will not refund past their deadline regardless of the reason. I wasn't able to use the cold rated package as my Northern Lights tour was canceled due to weather, which was beyond my control. I was able to give the cold rated package company more than 24 hours notice and never even picked up the items, but they would not refund the $45. They were very communicative prior to my request, but would not respond after I requested a refund.

At the last minute it rained and the venue recommended ice cleats to safely get around. I simply texted with the request and it was no problem to add a pair to my pick up order. Good price on gear and great customer service. Will use them again!

Went dog sledding and the high temperature that day was 6 degrees. The gear was in excellent condition and did the job. I was as warm as possible under the conditions. Pick up was easy. Customers service was good. I am renting from them again soon!
