We had booked a private walking tour and then asked Viator to change it to another experience as my husband had an issue with his leg. They were not at all flexible and did not accommodate my request. Then at the date and time of the tour no one appeared. We had to rush our lunch so we will be on time, but our guide did not appear and was not answering our calls. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. After I contacted the support they offered another guide to start one and a half hour later something that changed our plans for the afternoon. Nevertheless Majid our new guide was super polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would recommend him!

His family is directly involved in the glassmaking tradition in Murano, which gave the entire experience a much deeper and more authentic perspective. You’re not just hearing generic explanations, you’re getting real insight from someone who is personally connected to the craft. That alone elevates the value of the tour significantly. On top of that, he spoke excellent Spanish, which made everything even more fluid and enjoyable. His way of explaining, his knowledge, and his attitude made a huge difference throughout the day. Overall, this is a top-tier experience in Venice and definitely something we would recommend if you’re looking for a more exclusive, meaningful, and high-quality tour.

Remarkedly romantic and informative tour. Got to see several islands via private water taxi. Private viewing of Murano glass blowing by a Master was a real treat. We got to see multiple techniques. The museum was stunning, and of course we had to go home with some wine glasses. Burano was a site to behold. A colorful panorama of homes, quaint shops, and restaurants. The scent of “Frito Misto” permeated the air. Our guide Gulia is an absolute delight. She is Venetian and is full of enchanting stores and passion for her homeland. We shared Prosecco and Venetian Spritz’s (made with Select instead of Aperol) and Chicchettis. Gratzie Millie Gulia!
