Murano, Burano, Torcello Tour
This was our first time to Venice si we wanted to see Murano, Burano, and Torcello. This was a lovely tour. It said small group, and we did end up breaking into small groups but all in all, there were over 89 people on the boat. The glass-blowing demonstration was fun to watch in Murano. The colored buildings in Burano were beautiful and bright! The medieval feel in Torcello was true to its claim. I would do it again and I would come in the summer. It is the end of March and it is 50° F.

Amazing Venice Islands Tour!
Amazing Venice Islands Tour! We had a great time on the Venice Islands Cruise: Murano Glass and Rainbow Burano with City Tours CO. LTD. Our guide, Ilaria was friendly, knowledgeable and made the day so enjoyable. We learned a lot about Venice and its nearby islands. The glassblowing demo in Murano was fascinating and we loved visiting Burano…especially tasting the delicious Bussolai cookies! A fun and memorable experience — we highly recommend this tour and Ilaria ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great tour to multiple...
Great tour to multiple islands, a great way to see more than the Main Square. The only thing I would change is spending more time at each stop

Fun and short
Lovely ride to Murano on a beautiful wooden taxi. The studio tour was interesting and that guide was very attentive and pleasant. Upstairs guide not so much. Shopping on the street was a blast. Go fast because you only end up with 1.5 hours. Not really a three hour trip.

  • Be sure to bring your camera to capture the picturesque glassblowing demonstrations on Murano and traditional lace-making on Burano.

  • Murano glass and Burano lace are famous for their impeccable quality—and prices reflect that. Be wary of glass or lace shops that advertise “bargain” prices, which often means low-quality goods imported from outside Italy.

  • Murano’s glass shops are known for their hard-sell techniques, so always book your Venice islands tour through a reputable company to avoid unpleasant strong-arming tactics.

  • The church at San Giorgio Maggiore is one of few churches you can visit for free in Venice; if you want to climb its bell tower you’ll have to pay €6.
