Loved it!
This tour was fantastic! Seeing and learning about how the Murano hand blown glass sculptures and the Burano hand stitched lace is made was really amazing. Our tour guide, Francesca, as great; knowledgeable and very kind.

A great way to experience...
A great way to experience Venice! Our tour guide for St. Mark’s and Doge’s palace was informative and interesting. Gondola ride was fun. Murano and Burano were relatively quick stops but still felt like we hit the highlights

First part of trip was...
First part of trip was great, doge’s palace and st marks are stunning. Tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. He offered to take pics of us on our phones throughout tour. Burano and Murano are such small islands. Not much to do but still beautiful. The glass blowing location they took us to was very expensive but you’re not obligated to buy. Very solid tour if u want Venice in a day!

Perfect way to spend the day!
Perfect way to spend the day and our guide Georgia was amazing. Highly recommend the private tour to Murano and Burano. The boat ride was lovely and got to see a different side of Venice. The glass factory was impressive. We did feel pressure by the staff to make a large purchase which was a little uncomfortable.
Burano was spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer. Georgi showed us the town and areas that were off the beaten path. Definitely loved this island.

Great tour of Murano & Burano
We enjoyed the tour of Murano and Burano. We learned a lot. Both islands have so much history Elisa our tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great day.

Excellent outing to the famous islands of Venice
We had such a fabulous time with Nico, a native Venetian, touring the islands of Murano and Burano. Our kids (11,8&6) had a great time seeing how glass is made in the very traditional glass blowing method and seeing lace being made. We all learned something and had a great time. Private boat transfers were so very nice (hold onto your hats though😉🤣).

Glass and lace tour
The tour itself was fine, very hard to understand the tour guide. The first part of the tour was just a glass factory, did not get to see any of Marano besides that.. Burano was a very nice island. We toured a lace shop.

Boat ride to Burano
We enjoyed the tour to Burano. They first take you on a nice boat to see glassmaking, being able to watch the artisans shape the molten glass. Next we were able to visit a historical church from the 1500s. After the church our guide took us to see the town square. We visited a lace making shop and then finished the tour with lunch at one the recommended restaurants. Our tour guide was informative, nice and provided us with some wine to top off the trip.

Wonderful day! We...
Wonderful day! We started with Murano - which was a glass blowing demonstration and then a tour/shop their creations. Then on to Burano for a tour of the island and free time - shopping, eating, etc. Manuela was our guide and she was very knowledgable and had great recommendations. I wish we had more time on Burano - wonderful island. And, if you can do the small group experience. do it! We were happy with our 8 person group when we saw the bigger groups after us.

Good day, but timing was off
Overall it was a good day out, however I felt we spent too long on Murano without good guidance on where to see some of the best glass artists, and then far too little time on Burano an Torcello.

When to visit

A boat trip to Burano is a must for photography buffs, who will love capturing the vibrant colors.
Venice island tours require getting on and off a boat, so confirm wheelchair and stroller accessibility ahead of time.
Burano lace, like Murano glass, is made entirely by hand and is very expensive. Don't be fooled by cheap industrial knock-offs sold at many souvenir shops.
The island's main street is lined with souvenir shops, cafés, and restaurants.
