You will be accompanied directly by the farmer to see the vineyards to discover the cultivation varieties in this area of ​​Lake Garda. You will visit the cellars, from the most modern to the aging cellar, to discover how the wines are produced and left to rest to obtain excellence. We will start by tasting local wines accompanied by our best cured meats and cheeses, olive oil and appetizers. We'll show you how to pair cheeses with unusual compotes and mustards prepared by us. You will be taught everything you need to know about the products of Lake Garda, and finally you will be served a typical candlelit dinner, with traditional Veronese dishes rich in history and ancestral tradition: the pastisada de caval, the Veronese dish par excellence, paired with toasted polenta, or bigoli with anara, a delicious egg pasta typical of the Veneto region paired with duck ragù, and if you're not a meat lover, no problem! Our creamed cod awaits you! And finally the typical dessert of Verona: the Russian cake, a puff pastry shell filled with almonds and amaretti! We are waiting for you!

The entire cellar is certified organic and in the vineyard we work with biodynamic methods. The resulting wines are elegant, clean, pleasant and not binding. We welcome every guest with a smile, in a family environment capable of transmitting emotions. Our Amarone undergoes a slow and long period of aging in barrels as if it were a hidden treasure, to be revealed.

We begin our tour with a relaxing walk through our vineyards in the ancient “brolo” or garden of Palazzo Montanari. This is where the fruits for the production of our four classic Valpolicella wines and extra virgin olive oil are grown. After our walk through the vineyards we will visit the jewel of the property, the villa of Montanari, one of the oldest villa’s in Valpolicella. It’s a journey of history and territories throughout the centuries. After experiencing the riches of the villa, you may spend time under the wonderful portico in our courtyard with a panoramic view of Valpolicella, and taste our renowned wines made with passion and dedication in a beautiful, quiet and tranqui setting.
