Thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide, Sergio as well as the coordinator Orlando and the driver were excellent, professional and polite. Sergio’s information regarding each stop was stellar. He did a great job as a tour guide through Chichen Itza. Thanks to all 3 for making this all day tour ( 12 hours) totally enjoyable and a great learning experience.

Our guide Armondo was amazing. He was knowledgeable about all the food stops and gave us insight into Tulum-things to do, places to visit and shop. The food was excellent, local places we would have never found. Each place was unique, and so tasty.

Santi and Axel as our guides and driver, respectively. The tour was pretty much kept on time exactly as a description. Santi was very motivated and through in his guided explanations of the ruins with free time for us to explore and take pictures thereafter. I love that it was a small group tour because when we got to the cenote, there is probably one or two other small tour groups and there’s plenty of space and time to hang out and get a cool dip in the water at the end of the day. Lunch in Vallelodid was in this cute little restaurant in a hotel where you get to pick from three or four dishes in advance on the car right there. I agree with the other tourists in that some of the time is spent a lot in the van from pick up and drop off but getting to the ruins but Sani kept it. We’re going with a historical facts in addition to his serenading with a guitar! The van is a little bit on the older side, but since there wasn’t many of us, it was pretty good. I can’t imagine doing the same tour with 40+ people on a larger bus. I definitely enjoyed the smaller group size so you get more attention and get your questions answered. Additionally, I would highly recommend bringing both sandals and shoes. You have to rinse off before you get in the cenote and you need to cross some pebbles or rocks before going down the stairs of the cenote. Definitely recommend this tour. Note that their office is based in Tulum-they also give us water, reusable water bottles, granola bars, and fresh bananas!

Great adventure and fun, really glad we did it. Negative reviews give some useful practical suggestions, but some must be down to expectations. Keep an open mind and go for it! Raphael was a great guide and kept it moving along. Not everyone in a group responds in the same way but he was very patient. Bear in mind this is in the middle of the forest/jungle - paths are rocky and rooty, steps to platforms can be uneven but take your time. The chain came off one ATV but they got it sorted quickly. No other issues.

This was an awesome tour led by Jessica who was so informative and took our group to 3 different kinds of centers. We managed to get to each before the crowds arrived which helped this feel as a personal tour. Our family felt comfortable even through some have never experienced being in the water. From the open air, partially underground and then full cave walking tour this was the best time we spent in Tulum. The entire process from pickup to drop Off went perfectly and the lunch stop was a perfect break in the middle of our day. Strongly recommend this tour as you’ll likely never see anything like it again

The tour is a FULL DAY tour. Leave around 8:00 am and don’t come back until 10:00 pm. The tour itself was enjoyable but it could have been condensed for us….it was 2:00 pm and we visited the cinote and were just starting lunch (5 hours in). The sites were wonderful and the tour guides were very informative. Five stars for the team!!! I do have to give THE TOUR BUS a one star though. Very uncomfortable ride for the journey. If the person in front of you puts their chair back, you literally have two inches of room. There’s a cup holder on the left that grinds into your left thighs and a seat lever on the right side that grinds into your right side. Overall, the bus was terrible for a 2.5-3.0 one way journey. If you have bad knees, I’d suggest taking a smaller tour with better space inside the vehicle. lol. Sound like a silly complaint but it’s a long journey to have the guy in front of you with his seat tilted back in your lap, a cup holder grinding your left thighs and a seat lever grinding your right side.

A great introduction to a fascinating Mayan site and the bonus of a swim in a cenote afterwards! Tulum has one of the most beautiful settings of any of the ruins that I have seen over the years. Returning 32 years after my first visit I was very pleased to find it well looked after and not at all overcrowded. Our guide Gabriel and driver Francisco were so helpful and thoughtful, making sure everyone in the group was happy throughout the tour. Fresh jicama at the end of the Tulum visit was such a nice thing to be met with. Gabriel knows so much about the area, its history and ecology and we enjoyed talking to him about so many things that you wouldn't discover on bigger group tours. We were the only group at the cenote so could really enjoy a refreshing swim. The food from the little food cart was really good - we recommend the tacos al pastor! Thank you again to Gabriel and Francisco for a fantastic day out.

This was an amazing experience we got to see the Tulum Ruins. Make sure to bring a hat, umbrella, fan. It gets hot. We went to two Cenotes that were beautiful. We also went to Playa del Carmen. You can eat and shop. Our tour guide Carlos is the best. He is of Mayan origin and knows the culture well. He is funny and friendly. Highly recommended this experience.
