What are people saying about Tenerife

A very pleasant trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed the Tenerife yacht trip, and would recommend it.
The trip had been booked for us as a gift, so we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. Fortunately we were very pleasantly surprised!
The service from our guide, and the Captain, was first class. We were very well looked after from start to finish which really enhanced the trip from our perspective. A range of local alcoholic and soft drinks are available throughout your time on board, along with a selection of light snacks. We enjoyed the food very much, but those with a hearty appetite may benefit from bringing something else or dining beforehand. Think light finger food rather than a full lunch.
The route itself was well planned, with our lovely guide happy to point out landmarks and share her local knowledge. The boat departs from Puerto Colón, sails out to the border of the North/South Atlantic and then heads back for a stopping point where it is possible to swim in the ocean or use the water equipment. Paddle boards, sea-scooters and snorkels were available for guests to use, which was a nice surprise.
During the first stage, you may be lucky enough to spot diving sea-birds, flying fish, sea turtles, or even dolphins! We caught a glimpse of several but this is perhaps not the main aim, should you desire a nature watching trip - it’s more of a bonus. The trip also brings you close to ancient lava flow caves, where sea-birds can be seen nesting.
Around thirty minutes later, the final stage of a the cruise takes in the Adeje coastline back to port - ending a very pleasant few hours.
During the voyage, there are various places to sit on board: the front for sun-seekers, the back which affords some shade, and the flybridge. However, those with motion sickness may find that less comfortable as it feels the waves a touch more being raised up.
Our advice: if you book the transport option, confirm the location ahead of time. This was slightly challenging but there were no issues at the pickup time. Note that drinks are forbidden on the minibus, which was a mild frustration having just ordered a takeaway coffee! A little flexibility would have been appreciated but such is life, it did not diminish a great day out.
We also recommend bringing towels, sun cream, and possibly a change of clothes if you plan to swim. Happy Sailing!

Great trip, with fantastic captain and crew!
The captain and crew were amazing! We saw Dolphins, whales and hammerhead sharks and got to jump off the boat for a swim in the beautiful waters.
My children did get quite sea sick and the crew were incredible in helping look after them and knew exactly what to do to help them.
Highly recommend. Great experience!

It was a great experience...
It was a great experience with fewer than 10 people on the boat - we saw whales and dolphins and were able to swim under the magnificent cliff. The staff were all super helpful and friendly - they are knowledgeable and offered drinks, fruit and sandwiches on board. We would highly recommend.

Had a whale of a time!
Ion, our guide and was welcoming, friendly and super informed. His knowledge and genuine respect for the Pilot Whales and the Dolphins was clear to see. This is a Rib ride out to sea and safety was prioritised. We learnt a lot about the lives of the animals and how they are protected. I’d encourage everyone to go on this trip which great for both adults and children. Might be worth checking if there is an age restriction on young children though. One of the best whale and dolphin experiences there is.

Amazing!! Plus we seen lots of whales!
AMAZING! I booked this as a sunset cruise, accepting we may not see any whales/dolphins, however we ended up seeing around 10 pilot whales that came up close to the boat!! It was absolutely amazing and totally made our trip!! The 2 hosts were fantastic, lots of juice/alcohol available, as well as blankets for later on when it cools down. There was snacks - pretty basic but done the job of filling you up for a few hours! Would highly recommend! The highlight was definitely seeing a baby whale with its mum up super close and them being playful near the boat! Small tip - bring sunglasses (as we forgot) and it was rather bright sailing around; ans absolutely bring a jumper as it gets quite cool later on - again blankets are provided too though

A must do 10/10
This was our second time in the yellow submarine and the children loved it. To see all the different fish and life beneath the ocean was amazing. Each passenger gets a seat and headset with an audio guide in your preferred language. Can not fault it, the staff were equally amazing too.

Incredible!
Ozzie is an incredible tour guide and made our trip! We had a last minute schedule change but all went smoothly due to his communication. We ended up doing a slightly different tour with stargazing but loved it! Would recommend any tour with him and his team.

Best Sunset Ever! 🌅🗻
This was the best way to visit Mount Teide. It exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money. I watched the best sunset of my life above the clouds. Our tour guide Isabel provided an educational and comedic experience. Do not hesitate to book this tour!!

Everybody should try!
What an experience - will never forget. Team was very professional, explained everything in detail. Tania was recourceful in solving bookings as weather prohibited flying on the intended day. This was a surprice to my wife on her 60th birthday - and she was very happy! Highly recommendet!

Magical night
It was a magical trip seeing the sun set above the clouds followed by a very knowledgeable guide Ozzy telling us about the planets and stars and looking at the sky through telescopes. Would highly recommend this trip. Very well organised. One word of advice bring warm clothes for the stargazing in January 😊

Amazing experience. Understanding of neurodiversities too.
I did this with my family and autistic son who is easily overwhelmed, and doesn't like boats!! I explained to the staff that he was feeling stressed and I wasnt sure if I could go on. But they let us on first to find our seat away from the speakers.
By far exceeded my expectations. So much fun, fully immersed in the Viking experience facepaints and all. We saw whales, dolphins and even turtles.
Great for those who enjoy beer/wine as drinks included but definitely not for those who dont like to be around alcohol.
The stop to swim in the sea was also great, staff were friendly and helpful. Even my son ended up actually enjoying the experience and im so glad I booked.
