Very enjoyable experience from start to finish. We did the 2hr trip at 1pm and saw pilot whales and dolphins. There's snacks and drinks available on board to purchase and option to buy a photo if you please. Staff were very good with everyone. Banging music at end too 🤘

Very friendly and professional crew at the impressive longboat “Ragnarok”. They had very interesting information about the pilot whales and really seemed to care about the preservation of the whales environment. This was a very enjoyable 2 hours in the sun and I would recommend it to anyone, especially families.

Such a fun, relaxed trip, everyone was spoken to personally and made to feel welcome. We saw pilot whales and a dolphins from afar. Lovely walk from Playa de las Americas by the coast.

N/A Missed tour because the address was not on the ticket. The only address I found in a confirmation email was: 38650 Los Cristianos Santa Cruz de Tenerife. I was at that address 20 mins before departure, but spent too much time looking for an office. I then found the correct address in a link from an email I received hours before departure, but boat was pulling away from the dock when I arrived. Seems best to just print address on the voucher, the WHAT, WHO, and WHEN are there

Great experience, Luna our guide was excellent, very approachable and helpful. We were lucky enough to see dolphins jumping out the water and some turtles. Absolutely recommend and will be going again next time.

It’s amazing, the boat is great , the crew is super friendly. We saw whales and turtles. Always book it in advance. But it’s also important to know that you can get seasick, so here’s a little secret: cover your belly button with a small band-aid. Yes, really — tape your navel. You’ll have a great time. I promise you won’t get dizzy, but make sure to do it before you set off.”

Brilliant. The crew were great, the boat was cool and we got to see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. Don't know if it was particularly choppy that day, but nearly half the people on the boat were suffering with sea-sickness. Mostly the kids which lessened their enjoyment, so I'd recommend to adults!
