What an amazing family trip, from start till end! I would highly recommend, the crew were super welcoming and very attentive. Beautiful views from the boat and we were very lucky to see whales. We also stopped and had a swim in the sea, the drinks flowed nicely and even had our faces painted.

Brilliant experience, the Viking made the trip super fun for the kids, play sword fighting and they had their faces painted. We saw pilot wales and there was an opportunity to swim in the sea. Drinks included too. It was fantastic! Thank you!

I did this with my family and autistic son who is easily overwhelmed, and doesn't like boats!! I explained to the staff that he was feeling stressed and I wasnt sure if I could go on. But they let us on first to find our seat away from the speakers.
By far exceeded my expectations. So much fun, fully immersed in the Viking experience facepaints and all. We saw whales, dolphins and even turtles.
Great for those who enjoy beer/wine as drinks included but definitely not for those who dont like to be around alcohol.
The stop to swim in the sea was also great, staff were friendly and helpful. Even my son ended up actually enjoying the experience and im so glad I booked.

The crew was fantastic-funny, caring, and super accommodating. We saw loads of whales and dolphins, enjoyed great drinks, and even got to swim. A perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

What an experience! From the beginning of the journey we were entertained - the music on board got everyone in the mood, the Vikings had a fight but also told us more about the island of Tenerife, the food was fresh out the kitchen (I had a really decent veggie burger and the fries were really good too!) and then there was a beer drinking competition… we had a ball on board and with the added bonus of seeing dolphins and whales out in the wild, I wish I could rate this trip even higher, I’d recommend it anyone who wants more than a standard boat trip

I got engaged three weeks ago, but this three hour viking trip was the best day of the year. Beers, whales, horn drinking, sea swimming, face paint, impromtu boxing. This is a day that I will tell my children about. To Valhalla!!!!

Fantastic day out!! The food was good and good prices. The portions were too big for the kids, so order 1 and share. The staff was amazing, kind, and entertaining! We saw pilot whales within 30 minutes of being on the water, including a pod with a newborn. The ship stayed a respectable distance, but we could watch them for a good while. We saw multiple pods during our trip. Highly recommended especially for families with kids and teens!

This is our second time going to this activity in 2 years.
A must go to activity in Tenerife.

Perfect weather for our trip with Dolphins and an amazing way to see Pilot whales and maybe a blue, we couldn't get close enough. With the addition of flying fish, they have to be seen to be believed!
The crew were brilliant with information given in Spanish and English.
With humour as well. We would go again

Said trip was accessible to those with disabilities. Arrived and could not get assistance for family member. Spoke to captain, manager and kiosk rep. Asked for refund and was denied and could not take the trip. Zero stars if possible . Very poor service.

However, there are two wheelchair spaces on board at the front side of the ship. The crew did everything possible to make this space comfortable. Unfortunately, despite all attempts and efforts on the part of the crew, we would like to express our sadness at your disappointment.

We had the most fantastic time aboard the Ragnarok! The whole crew were welcoming and catered to both adults and children aboard with ease and in character. The Viking themed music when we boarded and set sail was amazing and had us grinning from ear to ear as we rode the waves out to sea.
Not long in to in the trip we were lucky enough to be blessed by the presence of several pods of pilot whales (one of the individuals pictured) and it was truly magical. The crew were great at getting everyone to be quiet and turned the ship's engine off to give us the best chance of both seeing the whales and also not causing them any distress. The whales were respected and that meant a great deal to us.
I and a few others unfortunately felt a bit unwell about half way through the trip, on my part I think it was due to the heat. The crew were ready to help with cool water sprays and recycled plastic bags if needed and when we got to have a dip in the cooler ocean at the swimming point, I personally felt loads better. The crew showed a great mix of good humour and hospitality.
There was a great little food and drink shack on board which would certainly cater to most peckish needs and the helm of the ship along with props allowed for great photo opportunities throughout the trip.
In brief:
Good points: The crew, the overall experience, the Viking music, the wildlife spotting, the aesthetics of the ship, Viking face painting.
Areas for possible improvement: The "normal" music that played (we personally preferred the Viking-esque music!), however I understand some of this may have been played for the children on board. The toilets are small and quite run down, it wouldn't usually matter but when the boat is swaying and you grab/lean on the walls etc you notice it far more!
Tips: Get a seat under the canopy if you can during hot months & try and grab a photo at the front of the ship before it gets moving, as it is easy to stumble on your way there once out on the seas! There is also a photo taken of you and your party when you board, this is 10 euros to purchase if you want to keep it, we did!

Very enjoyable trip with my dad and kids. Staff were brilliant with us all but especially the kids. Boat is super fun, nice with included drinks. We got to see whales which was really cool and staff where informative about these native species, sadly no turtles but not a deal breaker seeing its wild life in nature. We did swim during the time possible which was cool, they have snorkelling glasses and life vests available. Was rough seas but obviously not anyones fault. 100% recommend

Great 3hr outing to sea - jumping off into the ocean was a great experience and we saw some small whales! Hosts were great fun and brought the trip alive - great for all ages although very very very rocky ride so sick bags are available - definitely take travel sickness tablets before

Our viking crew were amazing, we got to see whales, dolphins and even caught a glimpse of a sea turtle. Sea was a little choppy and very cold for those of us that dared to jump in. There were some upset stomachs but a great few hours out at sea

From Start to finish (3hrs) they entertained .There was nothing they would not do to please ,we had re-enactment and story telling we saw pod of pilot whales ,then off to the coves where it was safe for anyone that wanted to swim quite a few took the plunge (free lager might have helped) also food was served on board for payment and we must not forget the lady waiting on everyone also the face painting went down a laugh and dancing for the energetic. Great day out keep at it crew .

Great welcome on board the ship. I felt drawn into the experience right away. The crew were great. Good access to the boat for people with mobility issues. Good disable toilet. Saw some great pilot whales. Beer through the 3 hrs. Highly recommend this trip

Considering I have been on a similar cruise in Norway and Iceland, I will have to say this is far better and far more entertaining.
We saw plenty of pilot whales quite close up. The food and drink on board was amazing. Constant supply of included beer and drink was well needed. 2/3s of the boat have shade but the breeze is good enough at cooling you down.
The staff were excellent are entertaining and looking after us from the chef to the actors to the captain. As an experience there was not a stone left unturned.
100% recommend for families or couples as it’s a great way to spend an afternoon.
