No wildlife and no sunset! Everyone got sick. They started 40 minutes late. Nothing was good about this trip

It's fun! Not crowded. Fantastic crew. Wear something warm that you don't mind getting wet. Bring a towel and blanket. We saw a beautiful sunset plus saw many whales.

This is NOT a sunset cruise it’s a whale and dolphin watching cruise. We were back in the harbour well before sunset! It was an amazing trip we seen lots of dolphins and whale's, the drinks were flowing and the food was delicious not yo mention the staff who were absolutely fantastic. We also got a chance to swim so make sure you bring togs n towel. Highly recommended as a dolphin and whale watch but definitely not a sunset cruise.

Fantastic experience. The crew was amazing, the views were beautiful, we saw dolphins and whales and had a great afternoon swim. The included food and drinks were great too. A bit rough if you get seasick. One of the highlights of our whole trip for sure.

This was by far the highlight of our trip! The hosts were friendly, informative and couldn't do enough for us. It wasn't packed so a lovely number of us to soak up the vibe and the beautiful sunset. The food offered was genuinly delicious, they put out a lovely varied spread for us.
We weren't expecting to see dolphins or whales, just happy to go along and enjoy the experience, but oh my gosh!!! Within minutes dolphins were swimming along by us and under us enjoying the jets from the boat. we were all mesmerised. I'd like to add thay they were absolutely not chased down, they came to us and seemed to be showing off and having the best time, right under our noses. We also got to see Pilot whales a little further out, they were just chiling. The dolphins seemed to get jealous of the attention and returned for another swim along with us.
I enjoyed it so much I'm retuning with my husband in a few weeks.

Terrible customer service. I work as a student support worker at a college so I would know .I amended my booking so as to be picked up at La playa Enramada . But nobody came to pick me up when I called to ask why ,they claimed not to have received the new pick point despite Viator sending me an updated booking and Ticket with the pick up point .
The attendant on the phone was rude and unwilling to help and demanded I get taxi ,that I was holding people up .Then tried to cheat me out of a refund claiming that my inability to reach the meeting point was my own fault that I basically no-showed the boat trip.
Luckily I kept both the ticket update email that was time stamped to show it was within 24 hours and the ticket PDF with the meeting point on it .So my refund request was accepted it was a slight dampener on my birthday. but I had already been paragliding and enjoying my day at the beach beforehand

This was an amazing trip. The crew were absolutely lovely, really attentive and had lots of knowledge about the whales and dolphins that we saw. The sunset was unbeatable too.
The food is some tapas nibbles and they kept the drinks flowing.
There's also stop for a swim for about 20 minutes so bring Swimwear. Would highly recommend. Pick up and drop off back to your hotel is included.

The weather on the day was perfect. We were lucky enough to see whales on the trip. Food served was delicious and the drinks satisfactory. The tour guide was engaging and knowledgeable. Whole crew were spot on.

Absolutely Brilliant experience. We got to see dolphins and pilot whales. The constant refills of Cava was amazing. The water was choppy with the wind but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. The kids we brought with us loved it soo much.
Danielle was our guide and she was brilliant.
The food was tapas so if you’re not a fan of tapas eat before you go as it is 3 hours long.
We got to swim in the sea too for about 20 minuets also which was so fun!

What a lovely evening we had. The crew was amazing, the sunset was stunning.
We were lucky to find pilot whales with the crew sharing some great information about them, it was such a highlight of our trip.
We couldn't believe the unlimited food and drinks!

Booking was informative and smooth. Hotel pick-up was punctual and polite. Stewardess on board was polite and good service. Unfortunately this trip should have been cancelled. It soon became apparent why there were no other boats offshore that evening. The chop was so bad at least half the passengers were throwing up. There was a severe weather warning in place which we were not aware of. We have been on many sunset boat trips in the canaries and never experienced the sea anywhere near as rough as this. The sunset was not visible due to mooring behind cliffs! We did however see a few pilot whales. Credit to the taxi driver who refused a tip as he knew how disappointed we were.

It was a wonderful sailing experience with absolutely stunning views of the sunset. We saw pilot wales and also had a chance for a little snorkel during our little pause.
The capitan and Laura were great managing the whole experience.Tapas were great and the cava was flowing to keep the fun going.

It was an amazing time staff absolutely brillant....
I read the reviews before attending the trip and ignored the warning of people that are travel sick that it is going to be hard for them... please don't ignore this warning it is definitely terrible if you are travel or sea sick.... if not you will have a. Brillant time!

Had a wonderful time on the catamaran. Laura was super attentive with drinks and the tapas were yummy. The captain was on it pointing out all the marine life. We were able to see pilot whales, dolphins, and a few loggerhead sea turtles. All capped off with a beautiful sunset before we headed back.
Seas were a tad bit rough at that time of day. Recommend if you get motion sickness easily pop a few dramamine prior to the trip.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The captain and crew, especially Laura, were very friendly and explained where we were going and what we were going to see( and we did. We saw many pilot whales and several dolphins. Our stop for dinner and drinks was enjoyable and we finished with a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend this tour. 👏👏

As with other Tenerife tours, a long bus ride picking up other passengers. Ship was ok, female guide was very friendly and efficient. Saw one pilot whale. Basically, cruise a mile off coast and the cruise up and down coast for another couple of miles. Not very exciting but nice clean air and good view of South coast.

Really nice cruise and top notch service. Pickup from hotel was in a nice company- owned van. Cruise itself brought us lots of dolphin and shark watching. Drinks and food also good.

The cruise was ok however be aware that unless you sit in the rear of the catamaran you will get very wet . We sailed on a lovely evening and were completely soaked through from spray & waves crashing over the front of the boat. Take a towel & / a change of clothes. We thought were sailing along the coast as per the title & description . Instead we sailed directly out to sea for half an hour on the hunt for whales & dolphins . We did find pilot whales which was quite special. We did sail back inland after 90 minutes for tapas before watching the sunset . The trip on the whole was fun but just be prepared . We had intended to go for dinner afterwards but had to head to our hotel to change clothes .
