We had a wonderful experience with Charlie as our tour guide in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He was very patient, attentive, and well-planned, and he planned everything carefully to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable trip. Charlie also took great photos for us and shared interesting information about local culture and Taiwan’s history. He is also fluent in English and Mandarine, which made communication easy and convenient. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. We would be happy to have Charlie as our guide again in the future and highly recommended him to anyone looking for a reliable and excellent tour guide.

This tour provided a great overview of both the national park and the hot springs in Beitou. The weather cooperated with sunny breezes atop the mountain. The views were extraordinary. Our guide Tony was a wonderful resource providing history and cultural information throughout the tour. Highly recommend this tour especially for those new to Taipei.

It was so helpful to have someone waiting with my name on a sign for our family! The van was comfortable and air conditioned and could fit the crazy amount of luggage the four of us had (it was mostly my luggage! lol). The driver was great, super nice and got us exactly where we need to be!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our private four-hour custom tour of Taipei! From the moment we met out tour guide, Alice, it felt less like a guided tour and more like spending the day with a knowledgeable, fun, and engaging friend. Her English is excellent, making communication effortless, and her extensive knowledge as a Taipei local allowed us to experience not only the major sights, but also hidden gems and local treasures that we never would have discovered on our own. What truly set this tour apart was Alice’s ability to bring the city to life through its culture and history. She provided fascinating context and stories at every stop, and she patiently answered what felt like my husband’s million questions with patience and expertise. Beyond the tour itself, she also shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants, neighborhoods, and other places to explore during the rest of our stay. If you’re looking for an authentic, personalized, and memorable introduction to Taipei, we cannot recommend this tour (and specifically our guide Alice) highly enough. She made our visit so much richer and more enjoyable than we ever expected.

This was a private tour, actually I was the only one in the tour. Caleb was my tour guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about sites, history and everything in-between. Taroko gorge is amazing and we visited as much as was possible given the construction repairs after the earthquake (about 3 years ago). I highly recommend it!

Because of a delayed connection we missed our flight to Taipei. So we were rebooked for the following day. We found out about the delay after the 24 cancellation window was passed. I messaged the provider directly and called Viator. The Viator help desk did nothing for me. They just said it was outside the window so no changes were possible. The provider response was give them the new flight information and they would be there. And they were!! The car was very nice and the travel time was less than the quoted time. I would use them again.

A truly amazing and fun experience. The entrance was a little confusing to find if you are very familiar with the area. The restaurant workers next door were able to point me in the right direction! The instructors were so friendly and patient. Makes even the most novice chef feel like a pro. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a half day activity. Already recommended to my friends who frequently visit Taipei

I went with my parents and sister in May 2025. The guide is wonderful and gave us lots of information of the sites. He also went above and beyond for us when it came to finding food we could eat. Even on a rainy day, this tour was a highlight during our Taiwan trip.
