Although our cruise ship was late arriving to the Port of Barcelona because of fog, the driver kept in touch with me a couple of hours before docking. After I collected my luggage driver was easy to find once exiting building by holding a sign up with my name. Quick trip to the airport and journey ended. Great driver and great with constant communication

Skip pricey cruise ship transfers...this is the way to go.

Excellent service and very professional. Barcelona is a HUGE port that spans a few kilometers. We had no idea where our ship would berth and had concerns of meeting our driver. But HE KNEW where we were and was there early and found us immediately. Quickly and safely whisked to the airport. Would be insane and costly to have used cruise ship transfers. Great experience.

Our driver was right on...

Our driver was right on time and on the way to the airport was pointing out highlights of the city to make sure we saw everything! Once at the airport he was so helpful getting us carts for our bags and loading all our luggage. He also warned us of the possibility of pick pockets in the airport to make us more conscious of our surroundings. Thank you!

Best choice ever

Ruben was the kindest and the most helpful. My flight was delayed and I got stuck at passport control and he still waited and gave me updates. He also was a great tour guide! The whole ride to the hotel he gave me recommendations and history notes on the locations we passed on the way to the hotel. Will book again! Effortless cruise to BCN transport

Made the reservation in advance & when I noticed the terminal information was incorrect, I emailed Viator. They emailed back saying that the cruise terminal was updated but when looking at the reservation, it had not. So I emailed the actual provider and they confirmed the correct terminal. The provider, was on time & we reached the airport in plenty of time for our flight which you absolutely need in BCN airport! That place is a zoo and very disorganized!

Experience in Madrid with the best driver

Pedro was an excellent driver — punctual, professional, and very helpful. His car was spotless, and he made the journey truly enjoyable. This was by far my best experience with Viator, and I left Madrid feeling happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend Pedro — he was outstanding! I’m giving 5 stars based solely on this last experience. However, my overall rating for Viator would be 2 stars. In previous bookings, I was assigned good drivers but with old, unclean vehicles, which isn’t how I prefer to travel or enjoy my time. Because of the inconsistency, I’m hesitant to recommend the service to friends — I’d hate for them to be disappointed.

Greeted us in hotel lobby. Communicated WhatsApp. Was a large vehicle. Is a bit higher in cost than a taxi and is a taxi service, however, it can be a challenge to get taxi in some areas and at times during events so this is a secure service for airport departure.

Great service and organization

The organization of this transport service was excellent. Several hours before our pickup time we got asked the number of people and suitcases with their sizes in order to fit everything in the car without any issues. The driver was really polite and maintained contact via WhatsApp when we arrived in the airport to meet him. Highly recommend!
