Great experience. The driver met us at the exit from the baggage area having my name on his cell phone screen, so it was vey easy to find him. Helped us with the luggage.
The car was spacious and comfortable and air conditioning and clean.

Met us as planned with no problems even after our flight was delayed for more than an hour. Sign with our name made it easy to find Bilal our driver who was very accommodating and handled our luggage for four passengers. Easy and no worries. Highly recommend.

Our driver Umer contacted us shortly after we landed and we were glad that he had paid attention that we landed early. It took a little time for us to figure out where to meet, but once he found us, the transfer was very enjoyable. We appreciated a clean and comfortable ride to our hotel. I would have preferred to know in advance where to meet our driver and my attempt to contact the company went unanswered.

It worked well. We got thru passport control much faster than normal b/c we had wheel chair assistance so we had to wait about 20 minutes but otherwise it was very easy. Thank you.

Travel at this time with the new immigration requirements for Europe as well as just flying is a nightmare. This is the second bad experience I have had with this company and will not be using them again. I took more than an hour to leave the customs area and had let the driver know. He assured me that he would wait for me which he did; took me to my hotel and then said because he waited over the complimentary hour, I had to pay him again. The company absolutely refused to offer me any sort of consideration in spite of the travel notices about how busy the airport was. Good customer service goes a long way; this was not the case!
Was ready 2 hours earlier than my scheduled pickup time at BCN airport. Contacted Viator and my driver reached out and was there! Fabulous way to start trip in Barcelona. Driver was courteous and friendly. Helped me with my luggage!

Absolutely great, I was so very thankful that our driver, Bilal, was there, even though there was a one hour, and then two hours of delay, arriving after midnight. He stayed and waited and was so kind about everything. 10 stars out of 5!

Good communication and flexible pick up. I was able to get through passport control quickly so I was ready for pick up 30 minutes earlier than I reserved. However, the operator quickly pivoted and had a driver ready to pick me up within 5 mins. I arrived at my hotel in no time —-professional and courteous driver. Would use again next time I arrive in Barcelona.

I received a call to make sure we were through passport control and, told where to wait once we got through customs. Received a call from the driver he said he would be there in five minutes and he would call when he was in the terminal.

Taxi did not turn up at the time it was booked. Messaged the company 45 minutes before pick up time with no response. Messaged Viator who couldn’t contact taxis Barcelona and they passed on the number and said they would be waiting in front de Go natural bar with my name, Go natural bar was no where to be seen. Called the number given, first number given was an American number and wouldn’t connect, second number worked and a helpful gentleman said he would contact the driver. 40 minutes late but the Taxi was outside the terminal, not ideal after midnight travelling with a 13 year old.
Driver was watching our flight and knew we had arrived early. He called to see if we were ready. Saved us an hour from hanging at the airport!! Great service!

We scheduled using the Viator app last minute while on the way to the airport from London. We needed a vehicle big enough and one that would accommodate a toddler for us to be picked up from the Barcelona airport to our accommodations. I used the chat feature to confirm and I received a response right away which gave me a peace of mind! We also had trouble finding them at the airport which was my fault, not theirs - yet they called us immediately so we were able to find them quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you very much for your review, but we have clearly written that after you pick up the bag, you will come in front of the Natural Coffee Shop. If you get up right or left, what is our fault in that?
Absolutely excellent service from this company. Their communication is great every step of the way, their vehicles are meticulously maintained and the drivers very helpful, polite and accommodating. I booked for 9am but arrived early, notified them and the driver was there within a short time.

First, They have a picture of a modern looking SUV and all we ended up getting was a beat up old taxi. Second, they did not arrive on time and I had to call them and track them down. I gave them my flight number and time of pickup but they did not confirm on their end they would have a driver. We had to wait an extra half hour. Driver then dropped us at the wrong hotel, which was near ours but we had to walk with our bags another 5 minutes to another road and our hotel which had a similar name as the one he dropped us at. But he should have known this subtle difference.

Scam avoid this DO NOT BOOK it was not a private car service. We made a reservation and paid , we were supposed to be picked up after we got our bags. No one was waiting so we called and told it would be a few minutes. After 50 min wait a taxi driver came to take us to our hotel. We don't think he had taken a shower in weeks. Additionally we got charged 88 euros for what should have been maybe 50 euros for a taxi. AVOID booking with this company. I should get a refund.

Thank you very much for your review. You probably know that I called you 20 times to give me your flight number and hotel name and you didn't contact me even once. I called you every hour. That's almost right. Then the second thing is that you had booked the service for four people and we came with five people. We still gave you the service. So what is our fault in this?
I think you are more to blame for this booking and you are not admitting it, but I still thank you so much for the reviews you have given.

We inadvertently gave the incorrect pick up time. The tour company contacted us day of and rearranged for several hours later. They could have said no but instead were kind and courteous. Driver was prompt and friendly.
