Great communication but execution fell short. Main goal for us booking a private pickup is to have a driver ready for us once we get past customs. Unfortunately after spending close to two hours in customs we had to wait another 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. It probably would have been faster to grab a taxi ourselves.

We would like to clarify that our driver had already been waiting for over two hours due to the extended time at passport control. As the complimentary waiting time had already been exceeded, and to avoid processing the booking as a no-show, we contacted you. After receiving your confirmation, we temporarily released the driver and informed you that once you were ready, the driver would return as quickly as possible. We also advised that this could involve a short additional wait, but it would allow us to complete your transfer instead of cancelling it as a no-show.
We understand that waiting after a long flight is frustrating, but we’re pleased we were able to successfully complete your transfer and get you safely to your destination.

we met the driver after a few minutes of looking but not too bad. there were a lot of taxis available for less money. it’s good to book for peace of mind but definitely over priced for an ordinary yellow and black taxi.

After flying overnight from Dallas to Barcelona, it was great to have a driver holding a sign and a car waiting for us outside baggage claim. Keep in mind that it might take AN HOUR to get through passport control so schedule your pickup time accordingly…….

Best thing about traveling to a new country when you haven’t slept all night is to get a personal driver to take you to the final destination. Pick up was easy and they communicated prior to our departure via what’s app giving us confirmation of pick up location.

The driver was quite late and we had originally booked the transfer for just our family. Another friend booked a transfer with the same company with four people as well. Instead of sending two vehicles they thought they could fit all eight of us and all of our luggage in one vehicle. That did not work. They had to get another vehicle to get us all to our hotel, which they probably should have done to begin with. One of the drivers had a very distinct odor to him that was very off putting. My husband left his jacket with AirPods in the vehicle and when I asked about it they said they couldn’t find it but we’ve been able to see his AirPods go all over Barcelona.

Both reservations were booked as sedan transfers, and in an effort to accommodate your group together, we arranged a larger minibus. However, due to the amount of luggage traveling with your party, it became clear that additional space was required. To ensure everyone and all luggage could be transported comfortably, we immediately arranged an additional vehicle at no extra cost, even though the original bookings were for sedan transfers.
We are also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding one of the drivers and the missing jacket. We take such matters seriously and regret that the item could not be located despite our efforts to check with the drivers involved.
We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve our service and communication. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The wait was quite a bit longer than we expected. However the company did make contact to let us know they were on the way
We found out on pick up the roads were more congested than normal due to road closures due to a protest in the city And we found that to be true throughout the rest of our day during our tours.
