Driver was 30 minutes late picking us up. And when he did it was just a taxi. Would have been cheaper and quicker to just grab a taxi already there.

According to the booking details, your requested pickup time was 11:00 AM. As your flight arrived earlier, we arranged your pickup at approximately 10:00 AM, one hour before the scheduled pickup time, so you wouldn’t have to wait until 11:00 AM.
Regarding the vehicle, depending on availability and the booked category, our private airport transfers may sometimes be operated using officially licensed Barcelona taxi vehicles. These are pre-arranged, licensed, and insured for the booked passengers.

He was late for the pick up. He asked questions about where we were that we couldn't answer because it was a new airport and city.

Great driver, very helpful and was very friendly and courteous- had to wait a bit for the driver to arrive at the airport but that was ok, since he did an amazing job!

What we thought we were getting was what wad pictured, a nice black SUV for 7 us. What we got was a literal taxi cab van! They crammed all of us in with our luggage, when we arrived at our destination, the cab meter said 35 euros. We paid $138 to book through viator. Definitely could have hailed a cab myself and paid the 38 euros, ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Thought it was a private service but it was a taxi. A taxi that you can get right outside arrivals. It was 30 Euro a person for this and if done in your own, you could have paid 30 Euro for the taxi itself. Not very honest.

Was expecting a private car and got a very small taxi. Driver was speeding and texting. Didn’t feel comfortable. He also wasn’t very friendly.

The service was excellent. The driver contacted us the day before arrival to confirm the pickup. When we cleared the customs area, the driver was there holding a sign with our names. He had also sent us a text with the vehicle information. He took care of the bags and dropped us at the hotel in easy fashion. We would use this service on future trips.

Don’t get suckered. What we got was a Lyft van at twice the price for what we would have paid by booking Lyft or Uber directly. I will say they were on time and the driver was courteous.

It was good and had good communication from the driver. I was expecting more of a van or SUV car, but instead was a Freenow taxi sedan.

Booking and communication was excellent. When we went meet driver he was not there. We waited almost 30 minutes. After long international flight it was not good. He grabbed our bags and escorted us to a “Taxi”. I could have done that an not waited 30 minutes and been at my destination. Why advertise private pick up with a certain vehicle and get a taxi. Didn’t make sense and deserves two stars

Great experience with this company! Communication was clear, and once we made it through customs and grabbed our bags, they met us near a coffee shop at the airport that is obviously used by all the transportation companies. There was a long line of drivers with signs. LOL. I had already uploaded where we needed to go and he got us there safely and quickly. It was great not having to stand in the taxi line outside waiting our turn. Highly recommend!

The driver was exceptionally responsive. I had made a reservation for a sizable group, and they thoughtfully divided us into three separate taxi vehicles. The taxi driver demonstrated kindness and patience throughout the experience. Although I had scheduled the booking for two hours after our landing to allow ample time for customs and security procedures, the driver arrived ahead of schedule and patiently waited for us. Consequently, we were able to depart an hour earlier than our reserved time.

I’m giving an extra star because we had no problem with communication. We were notified where to meet our driver at the airport and driver was waiting on us. However, I booked this transfer for $70 with the anticipation that the driver would pick us up in a black car. Instead, we got into a regular cab. The driver had the meter on and when we got to our destination, the meter showed 28 euros. What a waste of money. If you’re traveling to Barcelona, either get a cab or Uber. There are plenty at arrivals.

Driver was late, had no sign and had to make an international call to find us. Then we were taken to our hotel in a taxi. The service was sold as a private car not a taxi. It would have been easier and less expensive if I didn’t use your service and just took a taxi. Very disappointing experience.
