The driver was very conscientious. We got off shop early so there was confusion about where to meet her. In the future the driver should be specific about what area to meet, as there are several pick up locations. The driver stayed in contact with us and we finally met up. We arrived off the cruise ship about 15 min early, and the driver arrived about 5 min later (10 min before the reservation time). We were delighted and the driver was helpful in loading luggage and got us to the airport in less than 15 minutes. Very professional driver and comfortable vehicle.

We scheduled using the Viator app last minute while on the way to the airport from London. We needed a vehicle big enough and one that would accommodate a toddler for us to be picked up from the Barcelona airport to our accommodations. I used the chat feature to confirm and I received a response right away which gave me a peace of mind! We also had trouble finding them at the airport which was my fault, not theirs - yet they called us immediately so we were able to find them quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Pedro was an excellent driver — punctual, professional, and very helpful. His car was spotless, and he made the journey truly enjoyable. This was by far my best experience with Viator, and I left Madrid feeling happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend Pedro — he was outstanding! I’m giving 5 stars based solely on this last experience. However, my overall rating for Viator would be 2 stars. In previous bookings, I was assigned good drivers but with old, unclean vehicles, which isn’t how I prefer to travel or enjoy my time. Because of the inconsistency, I’m hesitant to recommend the service to friends — I’d hate for them to be disappointed.

Greeted us in hotel lobby. Communicated WhatsApp. Was a large vehicle. Is a bit higher in cost than a taxi and is a taxi service, however, it can be a challenge to get taxi in some areas and at times during events so this is a secure service for airport departure.

We were delayed by 3 hours from flight. They made it their business to watch our flight. Granted I still text letting them know, but they always said don't worry. Picked us up at airpirt and took us straight to our hotel. Best customer service. Thank you!!

The organization of this transport service was excellent. Several hours before our pickup time we got asked the number of people and suitcases with their sizes in order to fit everything in the car without any issues. The driver was really polite and maintained contact via WhatsApp when we arrived in the airport to meet him. Highly recommend!

Bookimg on-line was easy. The driver arrived earlier than our agreed time, He was friendly and helpful. He took the most direct route from the cruise terminal tot the airport. We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Viator.
