Mt Sorak, Nami Island, Garden
This is a great full day experience that included long travel times between locations along with rest stops as needed. The best part of was in the morning at the national park, where we got to experience the waterfalls, the local medicinal tea, and the local history. Our tour guide, Ari, did a great job today making sure that we were comfortable timely and got the most of our out of our experience, highly recommend!

Thank you
Korea’s natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking — from lush green mountains to the serene waterways around the Garden of Morning Calm and Nami Island, every view felt like a postcard come to life. Zip-lining into Nami Island was such a thrill, soaring over the river with the wind rushing past and the trees spreading out below. The speedboat ride added even more excitement — fast, fun, and unforgettable!
Sampling all the different local snacks was another highlight — each one delicious and full of unique Korean flavors. A huge thank-you to our guide, June, for being so friendly, informative, and making the whole experience even more special.
And special appreciation to our bus driver, who navigated the busy Saturday traffic with such care and patience. It was an incredible day — adventure, culture, and nature all perfectly combined!

Mr Jimmy is amazing! It...
Mr Jimmy is amazing! It was a great experience, we felt very welcomed and taken care of 💛 DMZ is a good piece of tragic history and the suspension bridge is a very beautiful sightseeing spot.
Also, Mr Jimmy was the first guide ever who memorized all our names. A small gesture but very thoughtful.
Absolutely recommend this tour 💛

DMZ alternative tour
We had booked a DMZ tour but found out a few days prior that the DMZ was closed due to a marathon event. We opted to do the “alternative tour” and we were not disappointed. Dora was a very fun and knowledgeable tour guide. She shared a lot of stories and information in a fun way, that both my parents and my children could enjoy! The alternative tour included the peace park with a gondola ride, a question and answer time with a North Korean Defector, and we ended the tour at the Odusan Unification Tower. My mom said this experience was the highlight of her trip to Korea. Thanks, Dora!

Historical sites mixed with a new and very trendy one
I loved seeing the Hwaseong Fortress. It was so much easier for me to picture Seoul in the Joseon era after seeing the site. There is a lot of walking and it’s hilly but it’s beautiful. I thought the palaces in Seoul were more interesting but enjoyed seeing the destination of a famous historical event, the queen’s birthday party. Midday we stopped for lunch at the mall where the Starfield Library is located. It’s a pretty place and quite popular for selfies. However it’s not the one I was expecting which turned out to be in Gangham. (I visited that one separately and probably wouldn’t do that again. It’s a madhouse!) The rest of the tour consisted of visiting the folk village which I was happy to see. The houses are authentic although recreated onsite for historical interest. Through all of this our guide, Peter, was interesting, informative and fun.

The best tour experience capturing all the important sights!
Bella was amazing from VIP Travels. Her energy was so radiant that just lifted our mood! She was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and so attentive to our group. There was a family traveling in our tour group with a toddler (21 months) alongside my parents who are seniors, and she provided all of us with the utmost care. This is my first time using viator and because of Bella, I am so excited to book my next tour.. hopefully she will be our tour again!!!

Great experience
Wonderful tour with a small group of 15. The tour takes you to the places and then lets you enjoy them as you would like. The guide was very kind answering all of the questions and offered to take pictures for us. We really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

Great Tour, But My Glutes Are Still Screaming
This was an excellent trip overall, and our guide, Gabby, was absolutely outstanding. However, I have some thoughts for anyone who isn’t a marathon runner or a morning person.
The Suspension Bridge: I skipped this entirely. The tour leaves before 7:00 AM, and quite frankly, I preferred my pillow to a bridge. No regrets.
The 3rd Tunnel: I’ve decided to rename this the "3rd Tunnel of Aggression." You trek down 300 meters only to crawl single-file for what feels like an eternity. At the end? You get a tiny window looking at a "botanical garden" and a piece of machinery that looks like it was designed to bring Frankenstein back to life.
The Ascent: The climb back up that ramp is not for the faint of heart. Unless you’re looking for a near-death cardio experience, I’d suggest staying above ground. The tunnel takes about 45 minutes round-trip, which is time much better spent exploring the actual buildings and exhibits.
All in all, it was a great day out—just maybe skip the underground hike unless you’re training for the Olympics!

Insightful and Memorable DMZ Tour with Leo
The DMZ tour with PLK was fantastic! Our guide, Leo, was exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging, and entertaining. My daughters and I truly enjoyed the experience and learned so much. Although the tour covers powerful and emotional parts of Korean history, Leo presented everything with great respect and sensitivity while keeping the atmosphere positive and informative. We are grateful for his thoughtful guidance and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Korea!

Great way to get there
Good tour. Got to go on the rail bike and see Nami Island and Garden of the Morning Calm. Wish we had more time but given all the places we got to go to and the distance between, this is the way to get there. Josh kept us on time and moving. He is very knowledgeable too.

Great tour for K Drama fans
This was a great tour for K Drama fans. Rachel our guide was excellent. She made it a fun tour with lots of information as we walked through the historical outdoor movie sets. There was plenty of time for photos. Driver and bus made the transport smooth and comfortable. The music and videos on the bus were an added bonus.

Personal, professional, perfect.
I felt like I got so much in in my five hour layover. A real sense of the city without rushing. Joe pick me up early because he saw the flight was early and he took great care of me, personalizing my trip so I could learn more about Korean tea and buy some back home. We hit the highlights and I learned about Korean history. We ate an authentic Korean lunch and topped it off with delicious street food. It was really a perfect five hours.
