The best tour experience capturing all the important sights!
Bella was amazing from VIP Travels. Her energy was so radiant that just lifted our mood! She was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and so attentive to our group. There was a family traveling in our tour group with a toddler (21 months) alongside my parents who are seniors, and she provided all of us with the utmost care. This is my first time using viator and because of Bella, I am so excited to book my next tour.. hopefully she will be our tour again!!!

Beautiful day outside Seoul
Garden of morning calm is beautiful. The tour guide showed us and explained the main spots. Nami island is a very relaxing and beautiful place. Definitely good picnic spot and fun for young kids and if you want to do water sports. The tour ended with a rail bike ride, that was highlight that was a fun experience. Overall it was a fun day and your guide was very informative and supportive

Great Tour, But My Glutes Are Still Screaming
This was an excellent trip overall, and our guide, Gabby, was absolutely outstanding. However, I have some thoughts for anyone who isn’t a marathon runner or a morning person.
The Suspension Bridge: I skipped this entirely. The tour leaves before 7:00 AM, and quite frankly, I preferred my pillow to a bridge. No regrets.
The 3rd Tunnel: I’ve decided to rename this the "3rd Tunnel of Aggression." You trek down 300 meters only to crawl single-file for what feels like an eternity. At the end? You get a tiny window looking at a "botanical garden" and a piece of machinery that looks like it was designed to bring Frankenstein back to life.
The Ascent: The climb back up that ramp is not for the faint of heart. Unless you’re looking for a near-death cardio experience, I’d suggest staying above ground. The tunnel takes about 45 minutes round-trip, which is time much better spent exploring the actual buildings and exhibits.
All in all, it was a great day out—just maybe skip the underground hike unless you’re training for the Olympics!

Great tour
We enjoy ourselves, our tour guide was Daniel (Oppa) , he gave us a good history introduction, the place they took us for lunch was a mall, it was great , the library was so impressive, the folk village was very nice. We enjoyed ourselves with the variety of the places visited. Daniel was very flexible, since it rained most of our tour, we accomplished all the sites of the tour. His English was very good and his story telling was engaging and interesting.

Insightful and Memorable DMZ Tour with Leo
The DMZ tour with PLK was fantastic! Our guide, Leo, was exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging, and entertaining. My daughters and I truly enjoyed the experience and learned so much. Although the tour covers powerful and emotional parts of Korean history, Leo presented everything with great respect and sensitivity while keeping the atmosphere positive and informative. We are grateful for his thoughtful guidance and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Korea!

Great way to get there
Good tour. Got to go on the rail bike and see Nami Island and Garden of the Morning Calm. Wish we had more time but given all the places we got to go to and the distance between, this is the way to get there. Josh kept us on time and moving. He is very knowledgeable too.

Nature Day Trip
Escaping the city for this tour was a great call, covering Mt. Seorak, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm in one efficient trip. Our guide, Patrick, was friendly, personable, and organized; he even pointed us toward a lunch spot that was easily the best Korean BBQ I’ve had all trip. It’s a long day, but the scenery makes it worth the time. Pro-tip: the initial drive is about 2.5 hours, so use that time to sleep in the bus so you’re ready to hit the trails when you arrive. With all the logistics and entrance fees sorted, it was a smooth, stress-free day that I’d definitely recommend.

Great tour for K Drama fans
This was a great tour for K Drama fans. Rachel our guide was excellent. She made it a fun tour with lots of information as we walked through the historical outdoor movie sets. There was plenty of time for photos. Driver and bus made the transport smooth and comfortable. The music and videos on the bus were an added bonus.

Personal, professional, perfect.
I felt like I got so much in in my five hour layover. A real sense of the city without rushing. Joe pick me up early because he saw the flight was early and he took great care of me, personalizing my trip so I could learn more about Korean tea and buy some back home. We hit the highlights and I learned about Korean history. We ate an authentic Korean lunch and topped it off with delicious street food. It was really a perfect five hours.

Excellent tour and excellent guide, Sookhee
This tour and Sookhee and her driver were amazing! The small group tour was perfect for us. We got plenty of time at each stop and saw everything we wanted to see. Sookhee was so knowledgeable and was very helpful with answering all questions. I highly recommend!!
One thing to beware of is the physical aspects of the tour - going into the tunnel and going up to the suspension bridge is a little strenuous…but worth it!

DMZ trip with Katie! ❤️
Our DMZ tour with Katie was one of the highlights of our trip to South Korea. From the moment the tour began, she was engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the history and significance of the DMZ. She explained complex historical events in a way that was fascinating and easy to understand, which made the entire experience so much more meaningful.
Katie brought the places we visited to life with powerful stories, context, and insights you simply would not get exploring on your own. She balanced the seriousness of the history with warmth and a great sense of humor, which kept everyone interested and engaged the entire time.
She was also extremely organized and made everything seamless, from navigating the checkpoints to making sure we got great views and photo opportunities. She answered every question thoughtfully and made sure everyone in the group felt included.
If you’re visiting the DMZ, having Katie as your guide makes all the difference. She turned what could have been a simple sightseeing trip into a powerful, memorable, and educational experience. Highly recommend this tour with her. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome day with Erica!
What an awesome, and informative day! Erica was a phenomenal guide and made the tour even better! The 3rd Tunnel was quite the workout to get down to, but worth the effort! The views of North Korea from the Dora Observatory were clear and so interesting. The stop at the suspension bridge above the reservoir was also a great addition to the day.
