The tour experience was insanely good, Katie was very friendly, informative and energetic it made the tour go great. Katie also gave a lot of freedom to us if we wanted to walk around and explore on ourselves. She also was eager to help with photos and questions anytime which was excellent. Best tour for seoul, B.M

This tour was definitely worth it. Learned a lot about the history and culture of South Korea. The palaces were amazing, lunch was delicious (and they catered to my dietary restrictions), and we had the absolute best tour guide. Lily made the entire day a fun adventure. She was knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful. Highly recommend this tour.

We took this tour on April 2nd, 2025, our 2nd of 7 days in Seoul. The tour is a great way to learn about the interplay between religion and daily life in Korea. The grandeur of the palaces and locations speak for themselves, but when you have an amazing tour guide like Spring, it all comes to life. Spring was one of the most animated, friendly, well-informed tour guides we have ever had. The tour was an excellent way to start to become familiar with Seoul and Spring represented the people of seoul very well.

We were treated by our tour guide in the morning, Lizzy, and we saw a total of two palaces, a temple and also we learned a whole lot about the growth and maintenance of Korea’s national treasure, Ginseng. The palaces were beautiful, but be advised, in August when we went, it is very hot. Our guide Lizzy was very knowledgeable and she was also very clear when explaining the places and the buildings. Highly recommend to get a good background on the Seoul palaces and explanations on Korea’s history.

Seeing the Changing of the Guards in the main Palace which was very colourful and a little bit different from Buckingham Palace. Lizzie our guide was knowledgeable and explained everything in English which I know is very difficult for a Korean Citizen. Lunch was a bonus with this tour and a little trip to the Korean Ginseng Centre was another bonus.

The tour guide I had was great - super knowledgeable and so nice to all the guests, even when they were rude to her. However, the tour company was disorganized and I didnt get to see the sights listed on the tour I purchased.
It started with a message about a week beforehand that the tour had been cancelled due to the Korean Holiday and that I needed to move my date. It was no problem but for such a large holiday they should have known whether or not they would run tours that day we'll ahead of time.
The day of the tour, I was joined into a group and the tour guide told me that if it was ok with me, that the tour would end at the N Seoul Tower because the rest of the guests had purchased a different tour that included that. However, I wasn't told that my entire itinerary had changed.
I signed up for a palace tour that included both Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Palace, along with Jogyesa Temple, Insadong, and Namdaemun Market.
The tour I went on included Gyeongbokgung Palace, Jogyesa Temple, Insadong, a Hanok Village, and N Seoul Tower, leaving out two places I had wanted to see.
Again, the tour wasn't a bad tour, but it just wasn't the tour I purchased.

Die Tour war sehr gut gestaltet. Von der Abholung zu den einzelnen Stops und Rückfahrt war einwandfrei. Unser Tour Guide Soi war super. Ich empfehle jedem diese Tour einmal zu machen.
