Fun, but a LOOONG Day
Our tour was led by Josh and we had a wonderful time! The tour lasted a lot longer than I expected, and it was much more than I expected.
The tour starts with a two hour drive out of Seoul to the Alpaca World. The Alpaca show at the beginning was so fun. It's actually more of a zoo, so it's more than just the alpacas. The zoo is very VERTICAL up a hill, so it's quite a trek to see all the animals. But my kids loved being able to feed and pet the alpacas and also being in close contact with some of the other animals. The zoo is hard for people with limited mobility. You only get about 2 hours there before you have to leave for the next destination.
The next destination is to lunch that you pre-order and pay for separately. There's a limited menu since it's a tour and you have a choice of a spicy chicken or soy sauce chicken with rice and pancake. It's okay. Not the best food I'd had in Korea, but it got the job done.
After lunch, you walk across the street to the rail park. That was really fun and unexpected. My kids loved the rail bike tour. It was a nice trip through the countryside. The rail bike is a one way trip. At the end, you board their "Love Train" to the final stop where you get picked up by the tour bus to take you to Nami Island an hour away.
Nami Island is for fans of the KDrama, Winter Sonata. It’s an island you have to take a ferry to, so you have to be mindful of catching the ferry before you head home. The island is beautiful and has a lot to explore. Way more than you can explore in the 2 hours they give you to walk around. Plus, you need to make sure to get dinner on your own before you make the two hour drive back to Seoul.
We left Nami Island at 6pm and didn’t get back to Seoul until 8PM, but we napped most of the way back and time went quickly. They dropped us off in the Hongdae area. Josh was a delight as the tour guide and we had a lot of fun. But my kids (11 & 7) were worn out from all the activities in one day.

Heather, The Bee Mama❤️
I had an amazing experience on the DMZ tour, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to South Korea. The itinerary was well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
A special thanks to our guide, Heather, who made the tour truly exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Korean history. She explained everything in a clear and engaging way, answered all our questions with patience, and shared fascinating stories that brought each location to life. Her professionalism, energy, and sense of humor made the long day enjoyable and memorable.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Korea, especially if you’re interested in learning about the country’s history and the significance of the DMZ. Thank you, Heather, for making it such a wonderful experience❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was an amazing day...
This was an amazing day filled with beautiful sights and great experiences. Our guide Jesse was super kind and helpful and kept the day running smoothly. He also coordinated our lunch orders while on the bus so our tasty meal (including some vegetarian options) was ready promptly and enjoyed by all before our Nami Island adventure. Each destination of the tour- The Rail Park, Nami Island and The Garden of Morning Calm- were each so enjoyable and everyone will fondly remember this day! I highly recommend this tour!

Patrick was an amazing...
Patrick was an amazing guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. Thank you for waiting for me when I got lost in Seoul! 😄
Seoul sometimes feels like the Labyrinth of the Minotaur, and without Patrick I might still be wandering around looking for the exit. He made the whole tour fun, interesting, and stress-free. I learned a lot, had a great time, and would absolutely recommend this tour—and especially Patrick—to anyone visiting Korea!

Exceptional DMZ tour with Jin.
We had a fantastic day on Jin’s tour visiting the DMZ: Dora Observatory, The Third Tunnel, North Korean defector talk, lake tour (this was different due to weather and had to be changed).
Jin’s knowledge was exceptional and took us on an emotional and very interesting account of this aspect of Korean history. Aside from Jin’s knowledge she was very funny, entertaining and gave anecdotal accounts. It was very humbling and wholesome. Lunch was also a stop which you pay 10,000 won for (this may be optional 🤷♀️) but I wouldn’t miss it. It was a great lunch stop which refuelled us after our tunnel hike and very reasonably priced for a fabulous plate of food.
The weather was not on our side, however, this was not a problem and Jin switched the itinerary around appropriately. The mountains were closed which meant we couldn’t visit the suspension bridge, but we visited a lake (and bridge) instead.
The driver also needs a mention as he was very friendly and drove with extreme care. The bus was very comfortable.
There were no ‘forced’ shopping stops on this trip - which is also why we chose this. There are souvenir shops though at each location if you do want to buy something.
A great day out and excellent value. Book with Jin. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful...
We had a wonderful experience on this tour, and our guide, ONE, made the day truly unforgettable. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories throughout the trip while making everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
The itinerary was fantastic. The Garden of Morning Calm was breathtaking, with its beautifully landscaped gardens and vibrant displays that made for a relaxing and memorable visit. Nami Island was absolutely beautiful, with its peaceful atmosphere and stunning scenery. The rail bike experience was the perfect way to end the day. It was fun and scenic.
Everything was well organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting South Korea. If you have the opportunity to tour with ONE, you're in for an enjoyable, informative, and unforgettable day!

This is the tour to take to see Suwon
This is a great experience that covers a lot of ground in only one day. Our tour guide, Mac, took special care of us given that we had torrential rain throughout almost all of the experience. We didn't miss out on anything, but he managed to guide us through the sites as the rain came down. The sites themselves are incredible to view. The fortress is magnificent and the library is mind blowing. Because of the rain, our time at the folk village was curtailed because they were closing early. In any event, this is the tour to take if want to see worthwhile things outside Seoul.

An Amazing Tour with Jin
We had an AMAZING tour with Jin as our guide. She is so sweet. We saw a beautiful palace with a really long name, a history museum, the village outside of the palace, ate lunch at an authentic Korean restaurant, saw an amazing street market,
A buddist temple during lantern season, and finished off with a view of the city from atop a mountain. Jin was very knowledgeable and courteous. She even took us to a money exchange store on request. All in all, a great tour.
