- You do not need to send a copy of your passport

- If a part of the tour itinerary is cancelled by unexpected military conditions or local circumstances, there will be no refund
- A moderate amount of walking through a steep and narrow tunnel involved - Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended

AJ from seoul city tour was amazing! She’s extremely responsive through text. At one point i got separated from the group and missed part of the information tour. She graciously repeated what she had said to the bigger group. Her personality is so fun too! Highly recommended!

Very informative. Felicity was a very nice, attractive, and fun guide. We made three stops and all three offered something different about the Korean War and the DMZ.

This a very insightful tour. You’ll learn the history of North and South Korea and what led to the division between both countries. It’s premise is for you to experience how koreans live at that time. 100% recommended. Our tour guide Dora was amazing!

Great tour, very organized pickup and drop-off, amazing communication via WhatsApp. Erica was the best! Very knowledgeable, a lot of history plus she also sent us the photos from the Dora observatory (as you cannot take photos there) and at the end she sent us affordable restaurant recommendations near the drop off point. Totally recommend 👌🏻

Erica was an awesome tour guide! She’s very knowledgeable and funny. I like her style of giving us information on the bus or on arrival at our stop, then giving us our own time to explore at our leisure.
We stopped at all the key DMZ locations. Due to weather and icy conditions, we changed to a different suspension bridge, which was still a lovely experience.

Sadie was our tour guide. She did a great job. She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and very responsive. Her communication was excellent throughout. We started a little after 7:30 am and now we are going back to seoul starting a little before 1 pm. This is might just be the best value and most efficient DMZ tour if you're looking for something that wont take 8+ hours like us, who have a flight to catch this evening.

Going to the DMZ was worth the trip to learn more about the history of the Korean War. AJ from Seoul City Bus Tours was an awesome guide who knew her history and made the trip entertaining with her sense of humor. This is a must do tour while in Seoul. We booked with Seoul City Tours and our tour guide was Miel. She is very informative, with lots of information about the history of the DMZ, North and South Korea. The tour stops in about 4 separate places within the demilitarized zone and takes most of the day. It’s well worth it, for the history and cultural experience. I’m glad we had Miel as our guide, she is funny and very kind and quite obviously loves her job and the guests that are on her tours. Thank you!! -Jacob
