The whole experience was a delight. The location pick up was really convenient. The tour guides were fun, playful, knowledgeable and shared about plants and wildlife as we walked up to the water, and it was so much fun watching them jumping and flipping as they also came down the water with us. The climb was challenging but not too challenging. The slides themselves were wonderful, the area is gorgeous and vibrantly alive. The water was refreshing and felt amazing on a hot day and the thrill of enjoying nature's water formations in a respectful way was a great way to enjoy the beauty of wild Puerto Rico. I'm glad that I knew that it was going to be a vigorous climb before I went so I made sure to wear sneakers. They are a must. Water shoes would have been way less comfortable or secure.

It was as challenging as it was fun & exciting. The water slide was so rewarding after working up a sweat to get to that point. Arnel was an awesome guide & very helpful. So glad I did this, if I would have waited a few more years, I would have been over the age limit for this tour. Also, Thank you Arnel for taking so many pix & sending them to us. I have been on many tours when traveling & never had a guide that did that. An amazing day!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST TOUR GUIDE I'VE EVER HAD – HANDS DOWN! If you're thinking about booking this rainforest adventure, stop thinking and BOOK IT! And if you have the chance, request Rene. I can honestly say he is the BEST tour guide I've ever had out of all the tours and excursions I've experienced! From the very beginning, Rene had us laughing and feeling comfortable. His personality is contagious, and his positive energy made our entire group feel excited from start to finish. Safety was always his priority. He guided us through the rainforest with patience, helped us climb over rocks, held our hands whenever we needed assistance, encouraged us when the hike became challenging, and made sure everyone felt confident every step of the way. What truly impressed me was how much he cared about making our experience unforgettable. He took photos of us throughout the ENTIRE tour without us ever having to ask! He captured our biggest smiles, our funniest moments, and even action shots of us going down the natural waterslide. Because of Rene, we have beautiful memories that we'll treasure forever. Not only is he an amazing guide, but he's also incredibly knowledgeable. As we explored the rainforest, he taught us about the different trees, plants, leaves, wildlife, and the natural ecosystem. It wasn't just a tour it felt like a fun outdoor classroom mixed with an unforgettable adventure. Whenever anyone needed a break, Rene never rushed us. He even filled our water bottles with fresh spring water directly from the rainforest! That alone was such a unique experience. One of my favorite moments was our final stop. We got to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery, watch people jump from the cliffs and swing from the rope into the water(including the bride sister who swung from the rope), all while cooling off in the refreshing mist. Then Rene surprised us by cutting up fresh fruit for our group fresh mango, pineapple, bananas, and oranges. After hiking, that fruit tasted AMAZING! As we made our way back, Rene continued encouraging us until everyone made it out safely. Once we reached the parking area, he had our water bottles filled one more time with fresh spring water and even gave us organic granola snack packs before we left. Now THAT is going above and beyond. This trip was for my best friend's bachelorette celebration, and Rene helped make it one of the most memorable experiences of our entire Puerto Rico vacation. His passion, kindness, patience, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine love for what he does truly shine through. Rene... YOU FREAKING ROCK!! Thank you for making me and my girls feel safe, welcomed, encouraged, and cared for throughout the entire adventure. We laughed, learned, conquered our fears, made incredible memories, and had the absolute best time because of you. Jorge was our tour guide and I would highly recommend him if you’re able to request for your tour. He was absolutely amazing! His guidance and instruction was perfect because he explained the importance of safety. It was the best experience and would definitely do it again. Jorge was running around like Tarzan 😍

A rare tour where the experience exceeded description. Our small group moved through cliff faces etched with Taíno petroglyphs, ducked into caves that felt genuinely ancient, and finished soaking wet in the best possible way: jumping into a river, swimming through a cave pool, and standing under a waterfall that hit like a reset button. Guide elevated the experience. His knowledge of Taíno history, cosmology, and spiritual relationship to the land wasn't Wikipedia-level recitation — it was contextual, felt, and clearly personal. As a local (he grew up and still lives in the area, you knew the river "belongs" to him in some deeper sense, not just geographically.. He was also genuinely warm and attentive. One group member was hesitant about squeezing through the narrow entrance into the cave, and he handled it with exactly the right mix of patience, encouragement, and zero pressure. Two suggestions for an already excellent experience: the pacing in the 2sthalf felt slightly rushed — more time to sit inside the cave environment, especially after the cultural context our guide had built, would go a long way. And by the midpoint, between the heat and the swimming, a simple food option — fruit, something local and light — would be a welcome addition. Would recommend without hesitation, especially for anyone who wants an experience that holds cultural depth and physical adventure together.

This trip was beautiful! The guides were so lovely and kind they were amazing ! They got pictures so you didn’t need to take ANYTHING ! We saw beautiful flowers ! The water was so amazing it was beautiful ! Honestly it was just perfect ! Thank you so much for our adventure !

We had a great time taking a salsa class in the park in Puerto Rico. Steven was an excellent teacher—easy to follow, full of positive energy, and brought really great vibes to the whole experience. He explained the steps clearly and made it fun from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this class whether you’ve never danced salsa before or already know some basics and want to improve. My wife and I both had a blast!

Just wow! That is all I can say. We were a family ages 9-69 and our tour guide Michael was exceptional! First and foremost they are all about safety and gave us lifevests and helmets-we were the only group at the time with helmets (an did the same activities as the other groups). It was a great convenience being picked up/dropped off at the hotel. Michael educated us regarding the rainforest and area including the different fauna. He helped navigate the rocks and ensured everyone stayed together and was safe. He prepped us about what to expect, how to navigate the different activities. The rock slides were a blast! There was an extra cliff jump at that location for those who wanted. The "official" cliff jump site had 3 different heights ~20ft, ~15ft and ~5ft. There was also a rope swing at a different site. There are a few private changing stalls and washrooms for afterwards. Snacks and water provided after the tour was over for the way back. It was a ton of fun and a wonderful opportunity! Highly recommend!
