What are people saying about San Juan

Excellent tour with a moderate hike
Isaac was a phenomenal guide, very knowledgeable and personable! He knew about the city and its history as well as the forest we hiked. During the rainforest hike, he made sure each group was comfortable with each part of the hike based on their capabilities and the swimming area was gorgeous and comfortable. Lastly he took us to a lunch spot out of the typical tourist area and it was delicious! 10/10 would tour with Isaac again!

Sunni was really a joy to be with. I have had past hikes in El Yunque, this one is really casual and not as strenuous if that’s what you like. A lot of focus on the waterfalls etc. was a definitely relaxing tour and I highly recommend Sunni. What’s great about her is she respects the folks who live in the area and the land so much. She is a treasure.

Must do for nature and adventure lovers!
By far our favorite experience during our time in Puerto Rico! This tour was recommended to my wife by a friend, and we are so glad we listened!
We stayed outside of San Juan but they were still able to find a meeting location along the way to pick us up. We truly appreciated that accommodation
Our tour guide Ricky was amazing. He was able to get us there early enough to beat the crowds. We appreciated his knowledge about the flora and fauna of the rainforest that he gave during our walk. He also did a great job of making sure everyone felt safe so they could enjoy their time.
No need to bring your phone with you in the forest and water. They take pictures and send them to you after the tour. They were honestly our favorite pictures from our trip.
They were clear in communicating what to bring and wear for the trip. Make sure you listen because it definitely makes the trip more comfortable.

5 STAR treatment!
What a perfect day! The attentive staff and beautiful new boat made it even more special, we felt very well taken care of, had such a fun day, lots of water toys, snorkeling, delicious lunch and beautiful crystal clear water, this company was wonderful and I’ll highly recommend 10/10!!!

Great Overview of Old San Juan
Pickup was a little late, but we had the full experience and saw many interesting points in this part of town. San Juan had a water outage, but the city is great. Old churches, military installations, museums, and lots of fun things for visitors to do. You can go to Old San Juan by yourself, but this tour will give you interesting things to remember and history you would not learn on your own.

Have a plan. And have fun!
The boat ride can make you very ill if you're susceptible to that sort of thing. Also all the ride vendors yelling at you when getting off the ferry can be disorienting. We had a great experience other than that. Our ride to Cieba was awesome, our driver Jonathan was top-notch. Professional company all around!

This was such a fun and...
This was such a fun and unique experience! Shmuel was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. He knew all the best places for photos and tailored the experience for all comfort levels (e.g. cliff jumping). Some things of note for other travelers, you definitely want water shoes of some kind as you’ll be hiking, swimming, and scrambling over rocks. Also I recommend an early start time (we did 8:30am) and our guide said that before 9 is ideal because there is less traffic on the roads and few tour groups at the spot so we didn’t feel rushed. There is also only one bathroom at the entrance so I recommend coming your bathing suit/clothes you’ll be wearing so as to not need to wait in line (we only saw this when we returned at around noon and there were several large tour groups getting ready to head down and all waiting for the bathroom to change.

Bucket list item checked
The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The crew were helpful, upbeat and clearly knowledgeable! The lunch spread and drinks were well thought out. My son loved the never ending pina coladas (virgin of course!). I didn’t know this was on my bucket list until I did it. A must!

Have Fun!
Great Experience. Our group was very diverse in age and physical health but everyone got through the rain forest tour with no issues. Our guide was very knowledgeable about PR history. The company warns you multiple times before the tour to bring water socks/socks, water shoes and water to hydrate! Yet somehow some people didn’t follow directions well and wish they had these things.

Fantastic excursion, BOOK IT!
We had an absolutely wonderful time on this Culebra snorkeling excursion! The entire experience was well organized from start to finish. The crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time.
The food was surprisingly delicious and exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout the trip.
One of the highlights for me was the kindness of the crew. After snorkeling at the beach, one of the crew members went above and beyond by helping me swim and making sure I felt safe and comfortable in the water. As someone who isn't a strong swimmer, that extra support meant the world to me and allowed me to enjoy an experience I might have otherwise missed.
The snorkeling was beautiful, the beaches were stunning, and the customer service was exceptional. If you're visiting Culebra, I highly recommend this excursion. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico!
🌴🐠☀️ Definitely a 5-star experience! 🌊💙

Pros, cons, and notes
This expense was amazing and I definitely would recommend it as a way to see both the rainforest and bio bay. The included transportation is definitely a plus. I’ll list some pros and cons as well as notes below.
Pros: the guides are extremely helpful and informative. They make sure if you want to do it you are able to. The kayaking is a separate experience with different guides, who are equally as good. The smoothie place you stop at on the way was really good and the provide fruit, drinks, and snacks after the hiking.
Cons: this trip definitely isn’t for someone who doesn’t want to put the work in. They let you stay back and skip the cliff jump, water slide, and rope swing if you want but I feel like if you do that you’re missing out on a lot of the experience. They had us order the food for dinner in the morning and it wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after we got to the restaurant.
Tips: they say to bring extra clothes and towels but we didn’t use either. There’s not much time to dry off. For the change of clothes you get wet during the hiking and the kayaking so there’s no point in changing between the two. I would recommend a long sleeve shirt for the kayaking to avoid mosquitoes. You do need good hiking shoes that get fully submerged during the hiking, we brought flip flops so we wouldn’t be in wet sneakers and socks the rest of the day. You don’t need much honestly, we over packed. They provide water and snacks throughout the day. You CANT bring anything with you into the forest, everything is left secured on the bus. Leave jewelry and valuables at your hotel.
Overall this was an amazing experience and i definitely would recommend this over anything else. The staff is very kind, helpful, and responsive.

I had a great experience
The experience was amazing! In my opinion it was very well organized. Ruben called me close to 11:50am that he was on his way and we were ready incase of early pick up! At the Zipline the workers were so nice and friendly and funny! Made sure my sisters and I were comfortable and it helped that we all spoke Spanish as it’s the language we are most comfortable. I recommend it and just make sure to have close toe shoes and a comfortable fit.
