This was such a great experience. Our guides were so informative, encouraging, fun and kind. You will need a waterproof container for your phone because you do not want to miss out on taking photos! Be prepared and bring shoes to hike in that you can also swim in. Be ready to sweat- and be prepared to experience natural beauty and see ancient markings. Highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience!

My daughter is 10 years old and this was her first time snorkeling. She had an amazing time she saw Coral reefs plenty fish and even a stingray. The virgin rum punches were also amazing. The best part of this experience was a wild dolphin came to Greet and swim with our group for several minutes. It was quite an amazing experience.

Maria did a fantastic job of creating a sense of community among a group of strangers. I had a great time on this outing with people I had just met! The directions were very clear, and the liaisons were easy to reach by phone or text. I chose to drive to meet the rest of the group, and the entire process was well organized. Everything went perfectly. I loved that photos and food were include, the chicken empanadas were so good! The photos also turned out great, thanks to my hype woman, Maria! Sliding down the waterfalls was also very fun, Maria gave us clear instructions on how to slide down the waterfalls, and I always felt safe. She also made sure we knew that we that we could count on her to help us if we had any difficulty on the walk to/from the waterfalls. I'm already planning to do this again the next time I'm in Puerto Rico!

Such an amazing experience. Our tour guide was Mitchell and he was an absolute delight. I would definitely recommend the private group tour as you get a more intimate and less crowded experience. Being able to go to Luquillo beach for lunch was also a great part of the trip!

Book!!!! This was the best experience. Put on your sunscreen and go lol. Staff were amazing. The beach was gorg. The food was worth it, had a full plate of real food, then they brought out a fruit platter and then passed out yummy ice cream cones. Well worth it, book!

This was hands down the highlight of our trip! The snorkeling was beautiful and we saw lots of colorful fish and coral. We were able to stop at Flamenco Beach and it was perfection. Our guides were the best & lunch was delicious. I’m so glad that I decided on this tour and recommend it to everyone! Our teenagers and 9 year old loved it as well!

This expense was amazing and I definitely would recommend it as a way to see both the rainforest and bio bay. The included transportation is definitely a plus. I’ll list some pros and cons as well as notes below. Pros: the guides are extremely helpful and informative. They make sure if you want to do it you are able to. The kayaking is a separate experience with different guides, who are equally as good. The smoothie place you stop at on the way was really good and the provide fruit, drinks, and snacks after the hiking. Cons: this trip definitely isn’t for someone who doesn’t want to put the work in. They let you stay back and skip the cliff jump, water slide, and rope swing if you want but I feel like if you do that you’re missing out on a lot of the experience. They had us order the food for dinner in the morning and it wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after we got to the restaurant. Tips: they say to bring extra clothes and towels but we didn’t use either. There’s not much time to dry off. For the change of clothes you get wet during the hiking and the kayaking so there’s no point in changing between the two. I would recommend a long sleeve shirt for the kayaking to avoid mosquitoes. You do need good hiking shoes that get fully submerged during the hiking, we brought flip flops so we wouldn’t be in wet sneakers and socks the rest of the day. You don’t need much honestly, we over packed. They provide water and snacks throughout the day. You CANT bring anything with you into the forest, everything is left secured on the bus. Leave jewelry and valuables at your hotel. Overall this was an amazing experience and i definitely would recommend this over anything else. The staff is very kind, helpful, and responsive.

The experience was amazing! In my opinion it was very well organized. Ruben called me close to 11:50am that he was on his way and we were ready incase of early pick up! At the Zipline the workers were so nice and friendly and funny! Made sure my sisters and I were comfortable and it helped that we all spoke Spanish as it’s the language we are most comfortable. I recommend it and just make sure to have close toe shoes and a comfortable fit.
