Great fun, glad we booked Gold tickets as plenty space to move & also had a seat to sit down if needed & somewhere to put drinks. Show was amazing & drinks were free flowing, definately worth the money

I booked two Gold tickets. I’d read reviews where people said they had issues with the collection so messaged the tour operator via Viator immediately to confirm the travel plans. After 8 hours, there was still no response. I read the description details again and noticed at the bottom it said we had to contact them via a telephone number to arrange transport, which I then did. I rang via Whatsapp but there was no answer. I then messaged and rang again a few minutes later. A man answered and after some back and forth, he advised us a driver would collect us at 7:10pm and to send him our voucher so he could confirm the booking. Around 5:30pm we received a message on Whatsapp to advise that the booking had been declined as it was made after the date and time had expired, and to contact the booking website to request a refund. This was confusing as we had already paid and received the voucher for entry. We managed to get the number for Coco Bongo and messaged them for confirmation of this. They responded to say that the event had been oversold. This was very disappointing. We checked the Coco Bongo website and at this point they were still selling Gold tickets for the same night and other reviewers had also said the event was frequently oversold/over crowded. We are still trying to request a refund as we spent a significant amount of money on the tickets. All in all, a disappointing experience and we would recommend booking weeks in advance to secure the ticket and not via Viator.

We never got to the Coco Bongo because we were not picked up as agreed upon. We were to celebrate my wife's birthday and Thanksgiving. Our day was ruined.

Paid for ‘gold member’ and I think I got the worst seat in the house. In the far corner right under the speaker, pretty sure I got hearing damage - my ears are still ringing two days later. It was so packed you couldn’t even move. The show was cool, but not worth what they charge.

Very fun and entertaining club. I had an absolutely amazing time. The drinks that were included with my only complaint we had got the gold package skip line with the best drinks included me and my friend between the two of us probably had at least 1011 drinks a piece and was not even near even having a buzz so I’m not sure if it’s alcohol in the drinks they’re serving in their premium package, but I was disappointed in that for paying almost $400 for two people and we weren’t even buzzed but they kept feeding us these drinks over and over and over and over

I received only one message that said the shuttle will meet us at the front of our hotel at 8pm. We arrived in the front of the hotel, next to the hotel security check-in gate, and waited for 10 minutes before we call to find out where our shuttle was. The guy on the phone was super rude and said that the shuttle was there at 7:10pm and already left. That we could Uber to the club and ride back will the shuttle, which we did, $70 later. I never received an email, or message saying that they would be picking us up at 7:10pm. Also the shuttle driver on the way back had a huge attitude too. The show was excellent but the travel accommodations suck and attitudes of shuttle visitors uses are trash. Victor needs to get a different shuttles company for this event.

Coco Bongo was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. The communication with the transportation was not great at all. We didn’t know what time we would be picked up until 45 mins before. Even after that, they were late by 20 mins. We got to Coco Bongo late - at 8:10pm. The show was to start at 8am. We were told our bus would be #2. There was no number on the window of the bus. We were glad we remembered it was blue. We got to the bus at 12:55am. No driver. No number on the bus. I sent a message thru What’s App-no response. Another company next to our bus called the driver. He was on the bus-sleep. We stood outside until he put his shirt back on and started the bus. We all got on the bus, and the driver disappeared again. We sat on the HOT bus until he returned-after 2 passengers got off to go look for him. We just got back to the hotel at 2:10am. Incredible!

Omg!! This place was absolutely amazing! The performances are 5 stars, the sitting is perfect. The energy, music and lights are like nothing ever seen before. The gold membership has unlimited drinks and comes with a burger & fries!! Definitely a vibe. You must go and see it for yourself.

Really glad we got the gold member skip the line. The show was awesome if anything a bit long. Definitely worth the money. Drinks from the bar were flowing, staff was very polite and accommodating.

The show was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Be sure to pay enough so that you have a seat; because 5 hrs standing is a lot. Make sure you eat before you go so that you can drink. Also, they only serve you one time as far as snacks.

My husband was falsely accused by a staff member of inappropriately touching her while simply trying to walk through a crowded area to reach the restroom. We immediately asked security to review the footage, and it clearly showed he did nothing wrong—he politely said “excuse me” and gently touched a male guest and a staff member on the shoulder in a respectful, non-invasive way, just trying to pass through. Something anyone would do in a packed space.
Despite the video proving his innocence, we were still treated as if he was guilty—interrogated, followed, and kicked out. When I challenged the situation and called out the racial bias, the tone changed even more. I asked them to call the police and show the footage if they truly believed something happened. They refused, and instead brought us to people claiming to be police, without any real protocol or authority. The whole situation felt targeted, unprofessional, and unsafe.
It was clear: if we weren’t Black, this never would’ve escalated like it did. We weren’t treated like guests—we were treated like a threat.
To be accused of inappropriately touching someone in an environment where staff members are actively enticing guests to buy shots by rubbing their breasts on them, bending people over, and even simulating sexual acts for entertainment is not only laughable—it’s hypocritical. The idea that a guest, simply trying to move through a crowd, could be falsely accused in that same setting is outrageous and shows just how arbitrary and racially biased this situation was.

I had an amazing time at Coco Bongo! The energy in the room was electric from start to finish—nonstop entertainment, great music, and a mix of performances that kept you on your feet. I went with the Gold Member package, and I definitely recommend it. The upgraded seating and service made a big difference. Our attendant was attentive and quick without hovering, and drinks kept coming without having to ask twice. This isn’t just a club—it’s a full-on production, and easily one of the best nights out I’ve had in Punta Cana.

CocoBongo Gold Ticket VIP experience is definitely worth it. From our vantage point we had the best seat in the house to view all of the stage performances and acrobatics. Drinks were flowing all night and plenty of photo ops. Snack is ok, but we didn’t really go there for the food.
Special thank to our driver who was so considerate and accommodating. Transportation included was a plus!

I did have a lot of fun. The show was amazing. The vibes were great. Drinks were flowing since I ordered the gold pass. They don’t start serving food until 10 and pick up from my resort was super early and I missed it. But that’s okay. They didn’t have what I ordered for my snack and just gave me whatever. I didn’t like that at all. Only ate the fries. And transport to leave is at 1. We left early so we had to catch a taxi so make your you have enough Dominican pesos.

It was an amazing show!!! From the time we arrived until we left.We had gold member and was well worth it! Was a little high up but had great views. Food didn’t arrive until 12am ish but was tasty. Drinks were nice but slow service. Which was to be expected for the amount of people there. Loved every minute of it. Thank you

If you have a partner account and book this for a client, follow up if Viator and the operator are communicating any changes made to the reservation. My clients were refused entry for two hours despite producing proof of payment with their names. Once things were settled, the club manager blamed the agent instead of being professional and caring for the customer.
All in all, I have visited myself as a customer, and it was a good time. I wish customer service was better. I am debating if I will continue to use it if I am not present with the client.
