Huge thanks to the team for being patient! They messaged me the pickup time late at night and I missed it, but they called the next day and waited for us even though we were late. Super helpful.
The 2-hour ride was plenty—if you aren't used to riding horses, your legs will definitely feel it! The route was okay; we got some beach photos, but it wasn't the most amazing scenery ever.
Just a heads-up: they really try to sell you stuff at the end. The photo packages are pretty costly, and they also tried to sell a "mystery" drink they claimed was an aphrodisiac lol. It was a fun experience, but just be ready for the sales pitches!

I believe his name is Pedro, he's the older handsome gentleman that runs the show there at the ranch, that man knows his stuff, I felt very safe , riding the horses with him guiding. Bathrooms are so clean!!! Everyone working on the ranch has good customer service. There's also another guy working there, can't remember his name BUT he has 9 kids ALL girls, make sure you give that man a BIG tip, we all know how expensive girls are 😁

It was a good tour however the tour was very dirty - the beach was full of seaweed and there was a hotel we passed through with construction and a lot of rubbish on the ground. I would advise for them to change the route during seaweed season just as it is not a scenic visit.

Very unfortunate, but the tour guide NEVER showed up and sent me a message that there were no hotel listed; however, the hotel WAS indeed apart of the description of the tour. Family was super disappointed 😞 I did rebook with the resort and experience was GREAT!! I have ALWAYS booked through Viator amd ALWAYS have positive experiences, so I am hoping that this is a anomaly.

We are sorry to hear that, there was no way to pick you up because your reservation did not say the hotel we had to pick you up, so we wrote to you to find out your hotel but when you responded it was too late for your pick-up.

They’re the best! The tour was great, it was an incredible experience. Horse riding on the beach while watching beautiful landscapes, the sea, palm trees.. is something that you need to experience. Also, staff was very professional and helped me to get to the airport, because the tour took a bit more than expected. They are just the best!

I never been on a horse but I felt like I have been riding them for years. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Coco Bonga(the horse) was feisty and didn't like being in the back of the pack lol. The horses are very trained and know the routine. Great time!!

The GOOD: horses were very nice and part of the trip by the beach was fun. Hope transfer was on time and very comfortable.
The BAD: we booked a 2 hour horseback riding experience, the actual ride was just about one hour. Rest of the time was spent with them showing us the gift shop and forcing us to buy souvenirs and pictures. Staff were not friendly and a lot of the path was a dirty old beach with dead trees and weeds. The staff were not kind to the horses or to the people who weren’t interested in buying their offerings.

Unprofessional!! After booking my excursion I heard nothing from the operator, I personally had to reach out to them and ask when my pickup time is. The operator then responded at 2:34!! and said my pickup time was at 1:55 and TOLD me, not asked TOLD me that I have to do it tomorrow. I was unable to do it the following day because I would be leaving.
Wasted my time and my money and I now have to wait an entire week for an refund.
The lack of remorse and apology’s was very distasteful!
I wouldn’t recommend simply because of the lack of communication.

Amazing experience
Driver was on time to pick us up and drop of back.
We were picked up with one other couple so it was more private.
Along the horseride we merged with another group which was ok for me, I didnt mind.
It does get a bit crammed with the other 10 or so people when navigating through more narrow roads but all in all it was a great experience.
Bring bug spray and sun screen if you need it.
The ride is a good 1.5-2 hours.
The horses all have different personalities.
My horse was a stubborn bully while my wifes was a star pupil who was gentle and followed instruction.
We got to dismount halfway and took that oppertunity to take pics of/with the horses.
You can bring a small bag with water and a cell phone but the backpacks are kept in lockers.
Would definately do it again.

Our horseback riding journey through the Dominican rainforests and beach was nothing short of enchanting. The horseback ride on the beach was great :)
My kids had never ridden on horseback before and our guides made sure everyone was comfortable. The horses are gentle enough and essentially know to follow the lead horse, so there wasn't too much need to re-direct them to stay with the group. I saw some reviews for other groups where people needed steps to get onto the horse and some of the other companies didn't have them...so just in case...wanted to let you know that this company does have them if needed :)

Had a very beautiful experience. My first time riding a horse. The tour guide held the rope for me and guided my horse throughout the tour. It was very amazing Aba I enjoyed the ride every step of the way. We had enough opportunities to take our own pictures even though they took a lot of pictures for us to buy. They helped us with our own cameras too. All staff have excellent customer service, very friendly and informative. I’ll visit again and recommend to a friend

The horses are so sweet. It was a lot of fun but the beaches do seem like they are abandoned. The other thing I will say is that I am still sore 4 days later from their saddles they are not too comfy. And they try to push pictures and other souvenirs on you but that is anywhere in Punta Cana because you're a tourist. Other than that pretty good time.

Jungle was not a jungle. Beach was very dirty. I was expecting a beautiful clean beach. Crew was very kind and helpful. Pictures were extremely expensive.

My experience was very memorable! From the time we arrived to the time we left I was comfortable! I will definitely do this experience again if I come back to DR. The cowboys weee perfect and helpful in every way. They made all 4 of us feel at ease. The souvenirs were a nice touch, while still being inexpensive. I just loved how we all had a good time despite it raining. Once we stopped at the lake it was even more beautiful, and the pictures along the beach were a nice touch. This tour is definitely a 10/10! You guys were amazing!

The pick up and drop off was very easy. The staff was great, friendly and cared about our safety.
The beach was beautiful and they allowed the horses in the water. They also made sure the horses galloped which was a blast.

We had a great time on the horses. The guys at the ranch were friendly, very helpful and attentive, it was our first time. The ride to the ranch was about 35 minutes from our hotel so I’m glad we picked the earlier time. We got picked up at 7:55am and returned around 12:45. I recommend this excursion. The ride was on a trail and the beach, wear comfortable clothing. Take a form a payment if want to pay for pictures at the end.

I booked this only a few hours before the horseback riding experience. The company was timely in their response and provided me with details on pickup. The driver was very punctual and was there at the time I was given. The horses were very kind and gentle, making this an experience someone who has never been on a horse can do. My family and I enjoyed taking a break at the beach to take some photos and to enjoy some fresh coconut. The staff at Rancho Caribeño were all very kind, and if I am ever in Punta Cana again I would book this excursion again.
