There was no communication on what time to meet, only to be at the gate, no response from the company after sending multiple messages to inquiry about the tour, only could tell me it must have been the internet and we got left. I'll NEVER book with this company again!

Horses were nice and our guide was a nice guy too, but did not meet expectations. We were collected with Uber and dropped off at a plot of land in front of ranch (I presume). No introduction, no explanation just get on the horse. We spent about 20 minutes riding to the beach on public roads before making it to the beach. Once at the beach the horses were pushed in position for some photos (charged extra) no offer to take with our phones. Then we had a 20 break before heading back over paved roads before we were collected with same uber. Whole experience little more than hour. I booked the tour so we could ride on the beach and there was no opportunity for that.

Nobody showed up to pick us up at the scheduled time. We tried calling and contacting the operator but received no response. We went to Macao Beach ourselves and still could not find anyone from the tour. The service was not provided at all. Please issue a full refund.

The horseback riding was good, though too short for the cost paid. A big part of this was a sales effort at the horse farm, where they pushed us to purchase a lot of organic, home-grown goods including honey, vanilla, clear vanilla, coffee, tea, ...
I expect some of this on these events, but the time spent on the sales pitch was excessive.
The driver was 35 minutes late (again, a little late is not unexpected, but this was too late) and as a result the riding was cut short and a car picked us up part way through the trip to take us back to our hotel.
I cannot complain about the horse riding. I would give it 4-5 stars. The horses and the people we rode with were great, and the scenery along the beach is quite pleasant. The rest of the experience was disappointing.

Sorry! About the driver 35 mins late I contacted you 2 hours before the pick up time an informed that the driver was running late because of a big traffic! But some people never enough!!

Horses were well cared for. Ride is a mixture of trail and beach. Juan Carlos did an EXCELLENT job of choosing horses to fit three riders of various skills (from never ridden to very experienced). Those who wished to, cantered on the gorgeous beach. Let them take the free pictures at the end. It was a full 2-hour ride I wish I had time to take again!

If you have a family, please do not go on this tour. I booked this expecting a horseback ride on the beach. We showed up to a small farm with only five horses meaning our guide ran behind us, screaming at the horses the whole time because he didn’t have a horse to ride.
For 45 minutes, we rode down ATV and buggy trails while they swerved around us spooked our horses, motorcycles weave in and out of our horses and then they took us to the highway. Cars wizzed by us the entire time!!! The guide insisted we cross a 60 mph freeway and he said the cars would stop. If you haven’t been to DR you know there are no rules on the road and cars don’t stop.
The entire time I kept telling the guide this wasn’t safe for my kids, and he just kept waving his hand that we are going to the beach.
We eventually got to the beach, which was the most disgusting beach I’ve ever seen. It had dirty diapers and garbage everywhere. The horses kept tripping because of all of the garbage and we walked maybe eight minutes One Direction and had to turn around from the garbage and walked eight minutes back for our “One Hour” beach ride and then they took photos.
What’s even worse is that the horses were starving and so bony I feel bad just sitting on their backs… it was heartbreaking.
Please, please do not take your children on this tour.

This was an awesome ride on the beach. We paid a bit extra for a private ride and it was totally worth it. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was smooth and easy. The horses seemed well cared for and were full of energy. We are both experienced riders and were hoping to canter on the beach and this trip did not disappoint! Our guide was great and took us on an exceptional ride. Highly recommend.

Only giving 2/5 because of the experience itself.
They WhatsApp you with no introduction whatsoever. To this point, I still do not know who I was texting or calling.
Block out about 6-7 hours out of your vacation. Possibly more, they move you around their schedule and don't care about your reservation. They don't warn you ahead of time if they plan on moving your reservation. They did 4 pickups the day of our ride without warning. They said we'd be back at our hotel for our reservation a little after 6:00 pm. We got to the resort at 8 pm.
The ride itself was good but don't expect anything over the top with the facility.
Fausto and his helper were very nice and kind. He deserves a good review.
This is one of the cheaper horseback riding but the service was still not up to par in comparison to other agencies. The car service is the worst. They overstuff you in a van and they are not friendly nor welcoming (it could be because language). You are going to be on the ride there and back longer than the horse ride itself.
Book with precaution. The horseback ride itself was fun, but getting there and getting back were the worst.
If you book with them I wish you the best of luck.

Remember your was told that we didn't have enough travelers for 2:00pm an we offer a full refund but your agree to join us for the sunset tour that pick up is 4:00pm your resort was Serenade that is 50 mins from us an they had to pick up more travelers in different resort you had the option to pay private transportation but you agree to do normal transportation is is not our fault hope you had listen to us!!!!

Sammy, Edwin, Juan and Pepino-Photographer (Hope we got the name right) made this moment unforgettable, nothing was out of reach to make the trip what we were hoping and beyond.
We were a family of four and we wanted to bring our inner cowboys out and the tour definitely gave us a taste of what we can accomplish in our next adventure when we go next year for a ranch holiday!
Went through the woods, roads and beach, horses are very gentle if you are first time horse riders. I got a twisted ankle and Sammy and Juan helped me off the horse and Sammy put some miracle cream and a massage and it was like it never happened, great on duty of care.
Definitely recommend this trip if you’re looking for a bit of adventure as it has a bit of everything. Thank you for a wonderful time

Overall we had a great time. The horses were well taken care of, sound, and the guides were wonderful.
Pros:
-Great healthy horses
-Relaxed ride
-Option to run the beach for experienced riders
-Fantastic guides
-Very close to the resort
Cons:
-The beach itself had a lot of trash, no fault of the company of course- but the picture of a pristine beach were a little deceiving.
-The ride itself felt a little short, and you spend more time getting to the beach/taking pictures on the beach versus riding the beach.
-As with most tours, the pictures taken will cost you extra
-Could be a little muddy
Still worth the money and we'd enjoy going back on an experienced ride.

Overall this was a nice experience.
Pros:
-I appreciated that the horses looked well cared for and in good body condition. They were all had shod (have shoes) and moved well for trail horses.
-The tour guides were friendly and accommodating.
-There were four of us who are experienced riders and were allowed to gallop across the beach at the end of the tour which was an absolute blast!!
-The photographer took nice photos of our group and I’m pretty picky about photos.
The cons:
-I felt pressured to purchase the photos at the end of the tour. Don’t get me wrong you can get out of there without purchasing, but I shouldn’t have been left in charge of this. There was also a lot of time spent taking photos and we could have been riding.
-There is trash all over the beach. It was sad. I do not think this is the company’s fault, it seemed to be a cove that “collected” ocean trash from the surrounding areas but there was A Lot of it. So keep that in mind.

Transportation was punctual and the driver, Juan, was very professional. The experience at the location was very inviting. A quick history lesson was shared. The horseback riding itself was amazing. The first leg was through the "Forrest" second leg along the beach, and last leg through the town. It lasted about an Would definitely recommend. Juan and Sammy All were great!!!!

Great memories! We did it in the rain and not just a sprinkle, it was pouring! We were soaking wet but it made for a fun experience. I had my 2 year old with me and he loved every minute! Will definitely do it again, next time we visit. The guides are great, helpful and calm. The pictures and videos turn out great.

Loved everything about this excursion! Private pickup in car with another couple. The horses were well trained! & made the ride extremely comfortable. Our guide didn’t know a lot of English but was able to direct us and tell us what to do. Awesome tour and I loved riding through the trail to the beach and in the town. Loved our photos & videos!
